BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I WENT INTO THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH A CELL PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS PHONE WOULD WORK WITH MY AT&T PLAN. I CALLED AT&T AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS PHONE IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED AND CAN'T BE ACTIVITED. I RETURNED THE PHONE AND WAS CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE THAT I KNOW ABOUT THIS AND ASKED THEM NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING AT BEST BUY EVER.

That a hard ship on a person to spend money and i drop phone the glass crack. Lost of money. The case and glass cover is not help. Hate i brought this phone

Save your money

I actually did research and BLU seemed to get good reviews but outside of the pretty color there is nothing positive. The back comes off frequently, it is hard to keep the charger in, i cannot hear on the phone even if it is on speaker phone, it constantly turns the ringer down so I am not even notified if I get calls, I am sure the list goes on. Not a fan, outside of the color
