I cannot comment on the functionality because it cannot be used. I specified that I needed an unlocked phone and I also specifies the country where the phone was to be used. It was a gift that has already been sent overseas. The phone cannot be used because it is NOT unlocked. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.

So slow as to be unusable. There must be some sort of defect with the radios in this, or the processor can't handle the LTE and wifi speeds - LTE doesn't go above 4-5 Mbps, and wifi doesn't go above 20-30. The LTE defect is a dealbreaker. Going back.

Poor picture quality.. Will never purchase it again..

wasn't compatible with verizon's network, and the site doesn't state that clearly. had to return it and was charged a 45 dollar restocking fee...

What at terrible phone!!! Nothing but problems. It changes the time to another zone on it's own. Won't connect to home wifi, and several other problems.

I bought this phone for my Mother, the problem she seems to be having with it is the volume button is very finicky. The ringer gets turned off on a daily basis. Cell phone reception is not very good, slot of the time when I am talking to her it sounds like she's under water.

i was sent wrong phone. i purchased blu v5 but got g5 on the phone it says blu v5 but its actually g5. to return the device , return website never worked. and the time to return is only 15 days which is bad. returns are very difficult. very bad service .

Bought as a open box. Will never do that again. When the phone was reset. It was locked and no matter how many U tube videos I watched. I was unable to unlock the phone. They kept asking for the previous pin set on the telephone.

Horrible product. It freezes often with any program. Ir doesn't catch wifi like it should, screen quality is very low especially with when you want more brightness. I really with i wouldn't have spent my money on this items for my kids.

did not come with a manual. the website for information is non-existent. this phone seems 'out of control' and I am having a hard time operating it. Note: I am new to cell phones.

I actually bought 3 of these phone for my family but after a year the phone lost all of the data and your could not use the phone again I paid about $120.00 each and I think best buy knew this but would not work with me to solve the problem

Do not buy this bad product. Best buy will not accept a return or replacement or refund. Now dealing with manufacturer.

Purchase this phone to use a verizon sim card . This is unlocked phone but verizon sim card wont work.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. I wish I could rate this with a half of star. To make matters even worse I can return this piece of trash. The restocking fee is $35 for this $80 piece of trash.

Not sold right!! I purchased this phone with the understanding it was compatable with the 3 in 1 Semp Card. As told by your technitions. Which was BS!!! CHRICKET DOES NOT HONOR THAT PHONE!!!

Does not work on ATT 4G Network anymore - bought in 2021 July. Not finding any place that will take it as a trade-in either!! Its a brick at this time.

Good phone in all for beginners but the gigabytes age to low at 2 you can't hot spot the phone to nothing it needs to be raise and the ram also need to be raise.

phones screen freezes......it has a mind of its own..........totally not a good buy.....i actually bought 2 of these one of them is still in boxi guess im stuck with them now
