This phone was very good and affordable however a few days ago i noticed that dust went inside the phone and got caught inside the area where the front camera is now my front photos are blurry. i don't understand how the dust got in or how to take it out. the battery cover comes off easy if you put the case on that could be a factor. the battery is good and the performance is good for the price. Comparable to a Samsung A20 or a Motorla G7 Play. i wonder if i got a bad phone or if the battery cover comes off for others? I'm pretty sure that's how dust got caught from my picket or something I'm sort of disappointed because of it.

Decent phone if you just need a separate line to talk and not do anything else. The battery is horrible though.

Good item for good price, it does the work. Convenient if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a smart phone.

This phone is just as good as the ones selling for hundreds of dollars. No complaints, I would buy it all over again and I've had it a while so I know that it works just as well as other high dollar phones. I'm serious, if you spend more money on another phone you will be wasting it.

They are ok they definitely get the job done for just calling and texting while abroad. The dual sim slot definitely comes in handle.

I bought this phone for my mother as the elderly person I think is very good and advisable because it's very easy to use we have been using it for almost a year now and I got another extra one for my sister so it's good

This phone was easy to setup and easy to use. It has all the basic features you need and does everything a more expensive phone can do.

Decent for the price. Easy to use and set up. I swapped out sim cards and it was ready to go. Durable through drops.

I haven’t had the phone for very long, but it seems to be working well. I really like the fact that it has dual SIM card readers.

Of course it could be me.... but I had an LG and it was much easier to move around in. My niece is coming over to help me out and perhaps she can show me the easiest way to find things. I am sure (or at least hoping) that when I learn where to go to do some of the simple things I do I will enjoy my new cell phone.

Good phone for the price, but had it for about four months and already not holding a charge or charging despite trying different cables, factory reset. Going to try to get the battery replaced but disappointed.

All the basics work, call sound quality is really good, but this is not a great phone. If you are strapped for cash it will do, but it's not the same android experience you get on phones with better features and higher price. Apps do not save their state when you switch them into the background. Facebook videos don't display properly on the website. There are other glitchy things that happen, but I can't remember specifics right now. I try to avoid using it for much more than texting and calling now. It is kind of cool that you can access the battery. I haven't had a phone where that was possible in a long time. I bought this open box, so maybe that's why, but the volume buttons have stopped working after only a few months. That's frustrating.

I needed a second phone, basically to use as an answering machine and to keep my old number. I won't be using it as a full blown, do everything, super phone. Works fine. Great feature is it came with a silicone case and tempered glass screen protector! Have an issue with the sim card clasp not being tight, but it seems to lock in ok so far. That, and I don't know how great it is for a super phone, is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

It’s not bad. With the price it’s worthed. If somebody think of a phone spending less money can go for that...

it seems to be a good phone but the volume gets turned down to easy always having to turn it back up but it is cute
