it seems to be a good phone but the volume gets turned down to easy always having to turn it back up but it is cute

Its was goodi brought for my cousin so its easy to used and he like it

I am still getting used to it after having an iphone. I like it. The one thing that I have noticed that I don't like is that the display needs to be turned back on using the button on the right. When I push the button on I turn the ring volume down accidentally because they are almost directly opposite each other. I'll get used to it.

Phone works fine but the case is a little cheap. But for the $ I think it’s a good value.

The phone is a very beautiful blue color. We got it because it is unlocked and able to run on Cricket Wireless. Solid phone with LONG life battery, Only problem is, it is not as intuitive and user friendly as other cell phones. It it weren't for that I'd give it 5 stars.

I get this phone just for my work, and works perfectly the only thing i dont like its the speaker, needs more volume. Great phone for those person who dont want spend a lot in a phone

Phone is alright for basic needs however the volume is NOT the greatest, I wish I knew that prior to the purchase but all the same, it's serves basic communicative purpose.

a good somewhat smallish phone with very vivid screen, sharp and clear. it turned out that verizon won't allow it to sign into their network. i have t mobile for my work phone ,verizon is personal so through no fault of the phone or the seller it does not serve the purpose i bought it for.

I am very please w my recent purchase of a BLU V5 Phone. When w my gut feeling and guess the gut knows best. Easy to use. Works very quick. Love how it's summarize in one screen, your messages, email. And other alerts. Outstanding Value for the money. Plus it came w screen protected and phone cover. Great Value for a quality product!!!

Over all, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to buy a Cricket Samsung Galaxy A10E. They were out of stock. After having to choose from other phones in our price range, we settled for the Blu. I got a notification for a survey asking about my shopping experience after the purchase. I noted that the phone had Bluetooth connectivity problems. It doesn't connect with our vehicle. The speaker phone mode isn't very good either. When speaking to my gf (the Blu user) I have to raise my voice to an annoying volume for her to hear me. I was hoping for a trade in when the phone we were looking for became available. I left my contact info in the optional feild for a rep to reach out to me ( which they never did ) to this day we still have a comedic sketch scene conversation of me screaming into a phone when she uses speaker phone. And still hoping for a rep to call and offer the trade in mentioned in our first questionnaire. Over all, just an ok phone for what you pay for. It's not the worst phone ever.
