    The fact that this phone does not come with a manual, nor, thus far, have I been able to get one from the manufacturer, is a serious strike against this phone. How can it be highly rated if you can not learn how to use it?

    They told me it's an unlocked phone, but the phone is not accepting my mobile carrier. It's only working with t Mobile. I felt so bad because the guy said I should call my mobile carrier, I did but the phone is still not good. It's a total waste of money and time
