Purchased for my spouse as a early gift. There were problems after 5-6 mos. with the phone shutting off on its own especially during a convo. To the headphone area completely not working after replacing several headphones to make sure it wasn't just bad headphones. My husband ending buying himself to Samsung phone which he is currently very pleased with .

Had high expectations because of the few reviews I read but was disappointed. The phone never worked properly, constantly turned off and on before finally refusing to come on. Sadly, I couldn't return it because my first use was 2weeks after purchase. From the time of first use to when the phone stopped working, I never enjoyed using it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Honestly pretty terrible for a phone. Stick to Samsung

I have purchased two (2) of these phones, one with BB warranty and one without. Both had severe problems that rendered them useless. One replaced under BB warranty still functions the second is dead. The warranty from the company producing Blu phones is more worthless than that phone. FIND ANOTHER PHONE!

I bought this phone because I needed an unlocked phone for an overseas trip. The good: You do get lots of internal storage along with a removable battery, SD card expansion slot, fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, recent Android OS, and a pretty large screen. All-in-all, pretty impressive given the relatively low price. The bad: The front and back cameras are not that great. They work okay'ish, but definitely not something to use for taking your dream vacation or wedding photos with. And it does struggle a bit when you have more than a dozen tabs open in Chrome. Finally, the charging rate is a lot slower than I'd like as well. Maybe it has to do with the removable battery or I'm just too spoiled by fast charging on my current phone. The ugly: This particular model supports very few 3G/4G/LTE frequency bands. While it may work just fine in USA on the networks mentioned in the product description, going overseas with it may well turn it into a "dumbphone" that can't connect to anything faster than 2G/Edge. 2G is worthless for anything beyond email, and quite a few providers are currently phasing out 2G altogether (since it's completely worthless even for web browsing). If you need an unlocked phone for overseas use, be sure to look up which frequencies are used at your destination and whether your handset of choice actually supports them before the trip. For what it's worth, even higher-end phones can have similar issues.

I purchase my Unlocked phone from BestBuy and it was not COMPATIBLE with my phone service from BestBuy Boost Mobile. I just got around to setting it up and now I'm just out of luck. Lost $141. They should know if an unlocked phone is going to work with a service they sold me in the first place!

Not worth the money. Had lots of troubles. Stay away.

I was looking to purchase a unlocked phone to use overseas and based on the recommendation of the Best Buy employee he suggested this phone based on where I was going that the overseas SIM card would work on this model. Well it did NOT. The phone is worthless!!!

The sales rep told me that it will not work with Verizon, but that it will with the other carriers. I returned the product after I found out that it was not compatible with T-mobile, ATT or Sprint. Very disappointing.

I couldn't connect to 5G wifi. I call spectrum but is only for 2G. Not that the phone is bad because I didn't keep it because of this issue. Probably good for your teenager 1st cellphone.

Phone seemed to be fine, but battery failed and no way to get it replaced. Blu won't sell it, and there are none available in the open market. Due to that, can't recommend it.

phone malfunctions and cant work after just two weeks. no hlep from best buy on returning or making a claim. save yourself the heartache and dont buy this peace of crap phone.

Would not be recommend this to my worst enemy!! The world's phone that you could ever own total waste of money might as well just throw it in a shredder!

Phone is trash This is a garbage phone they did not have very many unlock phones to choose from besides iPhones and it was for my mother she is an older lady this phone sucks

Phone literally stopped working the second day I dropped it less than 4 in the screen literally or black never have I ever had a phone so I'm reliable

I accidentally destroyed the phone trying to get the rear cover off. The cover is very hard to get off.

Started working okay but after 7 months started to freeze all the time. Not really worth it.

I ordered a v7 and when I opened the box I found a v6 and they keep giving me the runaround about it
