    Great Specs, Fair Implementation

You can't beat dual-SIM, 3GB RAM, 64GB storage + integratable SD card slot, and an 8-core CPU for this price. However, other features are mediocre or poorly-implemented. This phone has Android 9 ("Pie") installed at this time, which has a really aggressive battery-saver feature. It will kill background apps and services very quickly, so if you depend on these services, this is not the phone for you! The Android settings panels that allow you to control the battery-saver are hidden, replaced by an anemic homebrew battery settings that offers little control. What's the use of 3GB RAM if you can't use it? The radio hardware and firmware have cut a lot of corners, so make sure this phone will be compatible with the network you plan to bring it to. Tracfone: no. Verizon: no? T-Mobile: iffy. AT&T: yes. It's LTE-compatible, but Verizon doesn't seem to work. Go figure. This phone does not support 5GHz WiFi, so be prepared for contention with Bluetooth and other items on the busy 3 GHz spectrum. Facebook complains when the WiFi gets dropped frequently. The phone comes with a 1.5 amp charger and cable, a comfortable clear soft plastic case, 4 screen protectors (one installed), and 2800 mAh battery. You need to provide your own SIM, or go through the activation process in-store (recommended).

    Absolute Crap and poor value

At first it was OK. Then I got an update in early Oct. and the bluetooth does not work with my new 2019 Ford truck. Very flakey. connects and disconnects and just unreliable. The USB connection is bad at 3 months old and does not charge unless I have a certain USB cord. This is my last blu phone I have had 2. Both where a disappointment they just don't last. Blu puts out a bunch of phones I think they are all basically the same they just rename them. This one is called a V7 but the default name of the device is G6. If you look and find a G6 its the same specs as this V7 from Best Buy but the G6 costs less. Its gimmick marketing. In any case they are crap phones and leave you disappointed you spent money on them.

It's a nice phone however it has one of the worst cameras ive dealt with. It has a hard time focusing on certain on objects even if you hold the camera up close to said object.

I purchased this phone at the Best Buy store. It shows in their pricing area that it is compatable with Verizon. The BB rep put my SIMS card into my phone and told me to take the phone home and charge it and set the phone up and it should work fine. I get home, charge my phone and set it up and nothing is working I cant make phone calls or do anything. Turns out this phone is NOT compatable with Verizon!!!!!!!!

The phone did not connect to the internet

Purchased the unlocked version and shipped overseas. The phone did not connect to the internet. Apparently a manufacturing default. Issue at that point? Best buy wants to phone shipped back to the US. Financially, lost of $$. Shipment fees are not worth it. If deciding to purchase, test it first.
