    I have had this phone for 1 month. The volume on a call is too low to hear the person. The camera is the worst. It took 2 weeks to set the phone up correctly with 2 trips to the store. Had i known there was 14 day return I would have. Now I am stuck with this phone. The price is great but not worth it. You can't find accessories (like a phone case) because this is a BEST BUY only deal.

    Perfect use for my 11 year old. Quality calls. Camera is not good, but overall the phone served it’s purpose of being a reliable source for my son.

    It's not a good phone as it drops calls and does not have a good antenna in it so you can get call

    Worst phone I've ever bought. Bought 2 for my parents. One turned out to be idle and I immediately returned it to the store. The second I drove to Mom. And it turned out that he does not have any sensors such as GPS and Accelerometer and Wi-Fi is only 2.4 and there is no 5G. Awful sound and very bad connection via telephone(LTE) Internet and low sensitivity. The network is constantly disappearing. I would have return it over but I left it to my parents in Israel. The worst gift I bought for my parents. Do not buy this phone. A waste of money and a lot of disappointment.
