Not a great phone should have purchased a Samsung

I first purchased a Motorla which didn't work well. I purchased the Blu after working with salespeople who did not know much about the Blu line. I purchased it on Black Friday. I should have suspected something when the checkout counter said it would be $40 if I returned it as the cost of restocking. It is not good as I talked with the company in FL whose representative didn't know much about the phone. I got a link to its manual as it was not on the web. The company should vet production companies better. I will be replacing it this November on black Friday and get my old standard Samsung product.

Not a great phone

It was the most difficult phone to register with my Google account, and it still didn’t get registered. I had to take back and bought my son an iPhone 8plus. Could’ve been a really great buy if we could’ve gotten into the phone to try it out.

It has multiple screens which allows me to do multiple tasks at the same time. Sometimes it jumps somewhere where I didn't want to go. It has a very loud ringer, which is good. However, sometimes the ringer automatic go to the lowest volume. This phone is not as good as the LG.

A nice upgrade!

For me this phone has been a fantastic upgrade..the speaker is great and the OS is super fast. It's also small enough that it doesn't feel like carrying around a huge phone...also a plus. No complaints.
