I had the stupid thing for a month and 12 days and it just stopped working. No, it is not the charger. It won't turn on. Best Buy won't replace it because it is over the 14 days. BLU will only take it to "fix" it if I pay for postage. It is a stupid brand new phone. It should just be replaced not fixed. If I could go lower than a poor rating I would.

The screen has black lines after turning on the phone, I then factory restore the phone and then it get normal. I’m bestbuy member since 2018 and usually I get 14 days return opportunity. I returned this item the next business day BUT the best buy charged me a restocking fee of $40. The phone cost me $79 from which I only got $39 back.

I had to return it because it just got stuck at "accept and continue" policy terms. I chatted and tried to rectify the issue but to no avail. I am yet waiting for a refund so I can try to purchase a working phone.
