Not worth the money !!!

There is no way to edit any pictures unless if you download a different app to do so. Its an unlocked phone but the phone itself has poor reception. ALSO ! the speaker phone is crap ! The back cover of the phone also started to come off on its own - apparently the thing is glued.

train your staff better

How ever it doesn't. It doesn't have the proper ESN, MEID or IME/MEID to be activated with assurance wireless. I want to return it.

Jerks at Best Buy

Well, it USED to work with AT&T but it is a 3g and AT&T doesn't support 3G anymore. Best Buy knows that. Because it was on sale, they won't give me my money back. I no longer shop at Best Buy.

YOU have to find 4 G LTE hidden deep in the settings to get it to work with a home internet tower. And if this is one, it will not select your home wifi as the default internet connection.

Faulty Hardware

I did several tests on other devices to ensure it wasn't my network and sure enough this device had terrible WiFi speeds. Returned it soon after since I received a defective product.
