Only issue I have is that I have not been able to find out how to lock text messages on the phone that I want to save. Have had this phone just over a month

Don’t buy

As per the rep at the store, the phone would have worked for Verizon but I had to jump through hoops for it to actually work. If you don’t call Verizon and have them send you a software, the phone could not be used with a Verizon SIM card which took over 7 days then your sticker with either paying 35 restocking or a phone that doesn’t work. It was a mission and a risk I took. Not sure if it will work for anyone who tries it. I was on the phone for 2 hours and dealing with rude reps from Verizon just to make it work. Plus it is extremely slow. I bought it for mom so she wouldn’t have a flip phone. I would not buy this phone or recommend.
