My friend love this phone , it takes great photo's and it was very easy to get it up and running.

I got the phone today it's awesome.I really do love it. It's better then all the high end phones that I had before.

Would recommend this to anyone give five stars hurry up get yours

This is an awesome phone for a great price. Does everything a more expensive one can do.

Phone worked excellent with Verizon until the update. Then they no longer supported it. Has some adware installed from the factory, but that's easily uninstalled.

Although this phone is advertised as being compatible with Verizon, getting it to work is a huge challenge. We spent half the day on the phone with Verizon tech support before they finally referred us to the manufacturer, BLU. Supposedly, BLU has to "whitelist" your device and push a software update to make it work. After spending forever on hold, their customer support said it would then be 24-48 hours for the software update to show up on the device. So we waited, and waited. Nothing showed up on the phone even after clearing the recommended cache, so we called them again. After having us do multiple restarts and factory resets and verifying settings, they stated that it must be a defective device and said to just return it to Best Buy. So, that's what we're doing. But if you think this is an isolated incident and that the price is worth the risk, check out reviews from other websites and you will quickly realize how many people are having trouble with this phone on Verizon. My son has had no phone for over a week now, and after all of the time we wasted, now we have to shop for something else. On top of that, Best Buy says they may charge a $45 return fee!!

Often when receiving phone calls, I hear complete silence and I’ll have to call the person back to hear anything. This happens regardless of what SIM card or phone provider I have.

Weren't sure of the product, but turns out to be a pretty good item, very compatible to name brand phones.

Premuim matterials and great build plus there are multiple free services and cases that come with it

Not one of my favorite cheap phones but it works just not as long as some others that are around the same price range.

Easy to Setup and comes with 2 cases and screen protector. Excellent picture and lots of storage.

Have some issues, probably not compatible with the cellular company, even the manufacturer said is compatible. Can't returned because was a gift and the actual owner is in Texas State

I find this phone to be well worth the money. A good quality replacement for those over priced phones
