Slow and Unreliable

Besides the fact that it constantly freezes, it wins the prize for the worst reception in all the cell phones I've EVER owned. Even with 3 bars, it has connection issues and drops calls. After about two months, I was finally fed-up and bought another phone. This phone is truly a POS!

Incompatible with Most Apps

But the actual use of apps with this device is difficult. Anytime you open an app (day for instance, SnapChat) the keyboard would cover up the text box. No amount of fiddling with the settings proved helpful. The keyboard was finicky. To select a letter on the keyboard, you had to touch above the key, instead of on it. This became increasingly more frustrating as I began struggling with apps. I couldn’t change the filter in SnapChat because I was trying to TOUCH the filter option instead of touching ABOVE the filter option. When attempting to “like” a Facebook post, I would have to touch the screen ABOVE the “like option”. The camera boasts to be 13 megapixels but the color was SO OFF. Wood and other light browns looked almost orange. Blues were super intense. And taking a picture was difficult because I had to touch the screen ABOVE the shutter button. After 6 days, I gave up and returned the phone.
