This phone stopped working just in 2 months. Due to Covid 19, I could not go out to post or exchange in the store. I had to buy another phone and just throw this phone away from me. Sad

Bought at Best Buy in Springfield, IL in Oct 2019. Over one year later and the latest security update from BLU has totally messed up my phone. BLU also promised to update the Android is to the Pie version. No such thing is happening. BLU does not back their products. This is the second pair of BLU phones we have had problems with. As they say fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be fooled by BLU again. Their products are joke plain and simple!!

The phone broke within 2 weeks of purchasing it. The glass shattered so bad that it rendered the phone unusable.

Came with the wrong sim card. Over 90 mins on the phone to activate and it couldn't be resolved. Since the number was transferred, the old phone no longer worked. This was a phone for my elderly mother, so her not having a phone was not an option. Of course this all occured 1 hour before all stores closed Lots of drama to get it resolved.

I bought this for my Dad for Father's Day and low and behold it's not compatible with Verizon. All the stickers said it was but I went back to Best Buy and they said nope it's not and they can't change the information about the phone that comes from the manufacture. So I bought a Motorola instead. He loves it.....

This is a ok device the picture quality wasn't so great

We were given the run around with protection plan and never credited for a new phone.

I returned this phone because I couldn't hear anything after two weeks.

Blu doesn't honor Pie Upgrade though "guaranteed" on their website specifically for this product. Also, after several weeks the phone can't read my additional memory card

The phone was in my pants as I got into the car. When I got out of the car, the screen was smashed to bits. Best Buy coverage has lapsed, and the phone destroyed. Total waste of $250 on a cheaply made product.

VERY BAD PHONE!!! At first it looks good and perfect but I had it less than 2 month and phone is broke out of no reason, WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This was a good buy for under $150 smart phone, and it worked good while I used it, no issues with the phone function. Being BLU phone, it comes with a bare minimum of apps, so you would need to download your apps from the Google play store, even the weather one. This was OK for me, but someone may find it difficult/annoying. In 2021 AT&T switched to 5G service, so I got a replacement phone from them for free and stopped using this phone (it is 4G only), so I don't know how long it would last. It is still in working condition, just not used for a couple of years now.

This phone had manufacturing errors and didn’t work. Luckily the guys at Best Buy were awesome in helping us through the return and into our next purchase.

I bought ít in november after 1and half month Ít broken I don't know why no more power.

This phone has been glitchy and not a pleasure to own. Taking it back to local store.

Got the open box which said Excellent condition but when i opened and checked, the charger was not working.
