Just as good of a product than big named brands like Samsung but more than half the price.

Just because it's not a common brand doesn't mean it's a bad phone. Works great, good price.

I've never written a review before, but I'm disgusted by how Best Buy treated me. As a long time customer, I've never had an issue with Best Buy before this purchase. The phone I received was a dud. The one thing a phone is supposed to do is make calls. Could not connect to the Verizon network. Verizon tried, but the phone would just not hold a call. I spoke with a Best Buy rep online and, because it was past 14 days, they would not accept a return or exchange. I then contacted BLU and they suggested I return the phone since it was under warranty. I sent the phone to the warranty company in absolute PRISTINE condition. What I got back was a refurbished JOKE. Camera dents, dent on the edges and scratches on the entire back of the phone. I can't even sell this on my own in this condition. I'm now stuck with paying off a refurbished mess. Really disappointed in Best Buy and Blu. This is my first and last purchase from Blu.

For the price comparison to others I was pretty impressed.

Inexpensive but with all All the Bells & Whistles !

So far so good. Definitely not too of the line but for basic needs it does the job and the price is just right. My son doesn't need all the bells and whistle.
