Screen is clear, easy to use, and quick charge (battery). It's less expensive than I bought the previous phone.

I'm not a very picky person when it comes to phones. Right when I got the phone I was having a hard time installing the SIM card, turns out I needed a template. Then when using snapchat, the keyboard covers what is typed and I tried resizing and even downloading new keyboards but the problem is still there. Also, randomly I started getting ads on my phone, I had to download firmware.

Only had phone for a week, but everything so far has been great. Downside: The instructions that came with the phone weren't very good. The case that comes with it isn't much more than a plastic wrap and there aren't many options for cases yet. Hope the phone continues to work well going forward.

Great phone for the money! A little confusing to figure out some features, but overall, a great phone.

This thing is great at a very fair price! It does all I need it to do and then some. It has two phone numbers (sims). so I have two accounts on one phone! How cool is that? AND it looks like top line expensive phones!!!!

The device itself feels great in my hand it is on the heavier side but is very durable. I'm just recently used the second Sim option and it is been much easier than I anticipated it's definitely an awesome function to have.

This phone took my breath away! It's like having a compact laptop. It's a good value phone for me. Love it just don't get it wet or drop it. It's a phone worth keeping.

Purchased this to replace my daughter's recently drowned phone. She is a heavy app user and an excellent photographer with her phone. The Vivo XI excels in terms of processing power, photography and power management.

Good phone from a flagship phone. Missing some function from the flagship phone. It will do.

I bought this phone last year when my last one messed up on me. At first it was amazing. A dream and I probably would have rated it 4 stars. I say 4 because I had to keep doing resets before it recognized my Verizon network. But not even 7 months later it wouldn't charge with certain cords anymore. Also the cords had to be positioned a certain way since the port was acting weird. The cord that adapts the port to a driver for auxiliary cords for music also malfunctioned. Then the software slowed down and was prone to crashing. To top it all off, it started to overheat and die extremely fast and became a nightmare. The specs may look good for the price, but please don yourself a favor and stay away from BLU phones.

It a okay phone to get by with just wish it has better case and screen protector

I love this phone. Super fast , no crashes, extremely fast charging. Very light weight. Facial recognition is great always opens quickly. Moved up from samsung 7 sky and I will never go back.

I was excited about the Blu phone. The features were great! Then the phone locked up and would not respond to anything. I had to do a hard reset to get the phone to respond. It's been several years since I had a phone lock up like this. I was willing to give thw Blu Vivo XI+ one more chance to find there was a problem with Bluetooth on the phone. I would not connect with any of my Bluetooth devices. I got the phone to connect with my car for it to drop any 10 to 15 sec then reconnect. I spoke to the manufacturer which offer no assistance. Realizing I had purchased a bad cell phone I returned it to Best Buy for a full refund. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the Blu Vivo XI+.

The BLU came with a cover case and thick screen protector, included in the price. It has fast processing speed and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have all ready recommended to my family and friends if they are looking to purchase a new phone.
