Well designed, and it's so fast phone. Higher than my expectations. Battery life lasts long.

This is our 3rd Blu device in past 7 years or so, we are very happy with the product, the processor, screen, storage and the front and back camera are excellent and never failed to deliver, this particular phone was purchased to replace and older working model of Blu for a better camera and it delivered right on the money! Highly recommended. A cover/holder of your choice may be hard to find but device is just as good as any other big names out there.

Great phone!! Only had it a week but it’s crazy what they packed into this device and for such a low cost. Time will tell but for now it says good to go. Face ID, finger print, wireless charging, HD screen, dual rear camera (camera is good, not the best but good). Phone is fast and fluid, come with a glass screen protector and not 1 but 2 soft cases in the bow! Crazy, and all for $250. You add it up and do the math. Again time will tell but if you get a year with no problems you are winning at the price.

Wireless charge, Volte, band 66, great build quality, panel looks really nice, battery above average, reception indoors is noticeably good, still shoots are nice, pie update, etc. video recorder not so good

It's this phone the best smart phone that you can find? Maybe not. Is this the most you could pay for a smartphone? Absolutely not. You get your money's worth. And, there are a few "hidden" features as well. Example: wireless charging. If you want a nice phone but don't want to pay a lot of money this would be a good choice.

This phone was a gift to my aunt who wasn’t looking for anything crazy but if u put a cover case on it ,it looks exactly like an iPhone ,that’s the comment I received from her...great camera

Great affortable cellphone to have.it has a very smooth surface and slim design.android 8.1 oreo makes the phone run smoothly without any lags.and only at a fraction of the price of an iphone xr.front looks the same also

I did my due diligence before buying this phone, this is pretty much an I phone X or a Galaxy 9 many of the same features but less than 1/3 the price. Phone works well very fast and seamless many features of a flagship phone. Very Happy with this purchase.

Getting older causing my S4 screen to start looking microscopic, so I jumped ship, for $200 plus tax why not take a chance I decided. I've only had it several days, so far: +++'s Responsive, no hangs yet. Decent sound from downfiring bottom speaker. Screen quality seems fine for the price. LCD, iirc. Call quality as expected. Great wifi connect in my home, no drops at all. Picks up ATT 4LTE here just fine. Battery life seems just fine. I shut down stuff I don't use, like motions and other sensing features, as I'm not a phone junky type user. -----'s Online manual skimpy. Can't find a way to delete security password question. It's mandatory? Watch out for feedback to manufacturer settings. (I never keep any important accounts or passwords on Android devices, due to their inherently insecure nature vs. Apple. I just don't trust the system.) Looks like Best Buy version of phone won't qualify for Q update, per trying to sign up at the BLU website. Not sure if this phone will ever be updated with anything. For consistent timely updates gotta go to Pixel or the like. Me, nothing important kept on the phone so I'll use it until it bores me.

This is a great budget phone . I am able to do everything I need. Great camera and work great with multiple apps. Great look and long lasting battery life.

I had Samsung phones for years but hated the price, the lease, the contracts... Everyone uses a cell phone so there had to be a better way than $85 a month for one person! Blu is the way! This phone is awesome! It's got everything my other phones had plus more memory and an awesome battery life. You won't have any buyer's remorse with this one!

This is a great phone for the price. When compared to phones like the iPhone xs max and galaxy this phone is nothing short of a bargain. The one feature that is missing is nfc. Other than that i have 1 other complaint. After taking the ota update the phone turns into a single sim (slot 1). What they dont explain is the the nano sim slot is slot 2 and after the update if you want to keep your nano sim you need an adapter to go to micro sim to use in slot 1. I had a hard of a time figuring this out but after it works great.

I have been using this phone as my main device since September. I couldn't be happier with my decision to ignore the big company's models. This phone does everything from gaming, to photos, to video, to just being a phone, really well. Great quality. Great looking screen. Loud speakers. Everything works as advertised. Pictures can sometimes leave more to be desired in certain situations but if I want good photos I use my DSLR anyway so not a big deal to me but might affect others if you use your phone exclusively for pics. Although I have taken some pretty good spur of the moment Aurora pics with this thing. Anyway can't beat the phone for the price! Want out of those financing options at the big carriers? This is your solution.

My wife was complaining about Verizon but wanted to keep her 256 gig XS. I got this phone, switched to Cricket & have not looked back! This phone feels every bit as premium as any flagship LG or Sam'sNg. Since purchase, this handset hasn't blinked an eye, and I'm on it constantly. Major props to BLU for including 2 screen protectors & 2 cases, even though BBY has a case for sale, as does Amazon. This phone has delayed my planned purchase of a One Plus 6T as this phone is every bit as good as an S9, G7 or XR. I hope they my review helped........

Great phone, love the storage and was so easy to transfer from my other phone. All the apps and phone Contacts transfer. Camera is great and phone works great with wireless Bluetooth. Love this phone.

Everything I wanted in a phone (lots of memory 4/64 GB, large screen, stable, long battery life) for an amazing price. Why people spend a grand on a phone is beyond me. It also comes with 2 cases. Only con is that the newest version of Android is not available for it.

I bought this phone as a burner phone prior to a big international trip when my flagship phone suffered a pretty bad drop. Little did I know then that this phone bought open-box would become my daily driver. I have been continually impressed by the speed, performance and the display of this device. I can have 10+ tabs open in Chrome, music playing through PowerAMP and be in other apps and the phone doesn't slow down or lag. It keeps up with the big boys, but without the big boy price tag. The camera may not be the best camera out there, but it's still good enough that you don't need to complain about it. The display is vibrant and vivid, and there is enough customizability for everyone. My only single complaint is a lack of cases/screen protectors out there for this device. I have found both, but there isn't a lot of choice. I loved this phone so much I bought my wife one, and she loves it too!

i got this phone over a week ago and its been fantastic. My iPhone died suddenly and it was more of an emergency, short period phone, but i am considering not going back to a $700 usd Apple, it has a nice big screen, clear images, good enough camera. Fantastic face ID and fingerprint reaction. It took me a while to understand some Android things, specially coming from an iOS, but i am loving it.
