    I was looking for a new phone when I came across this one.t The phone looked nice and had a good feel,but that's all it had. I should have done my research, as updates to the Android software where nonexistent. I also could not use several programs as they were not supported. I could overlook these short comings,as they were my fault. I started having random factory mode reboots, after I dropped the phone from about two feet.The phone had the included case protector on,but still must have suffered a catastrophic loss. I have had numerous phones and many that dropped more significant distances and no problems. I could have purchased a warranty, for additional money,and maybe the phone would have been covered, but really I'm just too disappointed in my experience to consider more time with this product.
