So to get it out of the way this phone is amazing I love how fluid it is and the extras you get in the box like 2 cases & some headphones. But the one negative I been hearing about Blu is the hardware quality and I unfortunately had to return the device due to a Sim slot problem. So it's been going on for a few days starting with the Wi-Fi not connecting then the cellular data and called started going off and on non-stop. And it's not my sim or service because I tried it on a Pixel and iPhone with no troubles. I recommend to not get this device for now. For the price I would get a Motorola G6 or Motorola X4 both are stock Android and the X4 is Android one meaning you would get updates faster then a device that doesn't.

This product could use a little improvement with touch screen, battery life, and ease of use e.g the back does not open which makes it hard to assess battery or even save it in case it comes in contact with water. Good camera though

Ads out of the blue even while making a call! Good specs though plus 4GB RAM.

It is a good basic smart phone. Nothing complicated.

I had this phone a year ago and it was perfect until I dropped it accidentally on concrete and the screen shattered. I was able to afford it again so I bought it but it's been troublesome. Issues with WiFi, hypersensitivity and lagging in general :(

description of phone sounds very good. It doesn't perform. Camera isn't as good as touted. I have a constant problem with internet disconnecting. Can't install all my emails accounts on this phone. Quite disappointed. Only plus is that it has a large screen

It's ok had trouble with my Sim card with this one

This phone was supposed to be new in an open box but it has a terrible problem the batteries do not stay charged it almost has to live on the charger all the time is probably got a 4-Hour battery lifeconstantly have to shut it off and reboot it because it won't connect to the internet if I don't just not a good phone at all... I broke the phone that I had before this when I crashed the screen it was a wonderful phone great memory works perfectly except I broke the screen so I know the quality of these phones are good this one here I believe was a used phone maybe recondition and you sold it under false pretense saying that it was new in the open box

I love the phone but doesn't work with 2 sims .???

I have had 3 BLU iPhone and worse was the Vivo 5R and I suppose BLU has not yet resolved these common issues with their phone, poor USB connection,camera quality and internet and for sure not a very smart phone and this would be my last BLU period.

Not worth the buy which is sad because it had potential to be a really great phone. Apps pop up out of no where and the ram is slow after a while. Piece of junk won't even last a year.

I picked out the (Sony) brand phone but got the (Blu) brand phone instead and was not able to return it do to your as is policy when buying an unlocked phone so I'm stuck with it until I buy another one
