BLU was unable to fix the problem by phone. Best Buy could not fix the problem. However if you have unlimited data it is not a problem.

Wil not work with Indian SIM

Updating the APN Manually allowed the phone to work but it would loose the setting with the US SIM was inserted. Hard to be used by a non tech savvy person. Unfortunately had to be Returned, as I quite liked the features of the phone and also the BLU Customer service / Support rep was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately they could not fix the issue. It's a good phone for Local US use with Tmo / ATT and other similar providers who support a SIM

The front camera (16MP) is not as clear as the other phone that I got (SONY). No autofocus.
