mic is excellent. Works better than expected would recommend to anyone who is doing streaming or podcast games as well as recording or just Skype. However the $50gift card is only good for full priced purchases of $59.99or more with no other discounts. This really limits your ability to make a good deal out of it. So I would just buy the mic.

WE bought the Yeti USB microphone based on other reviews of the product. We purchased the microphone to live stream our church services during the Covid-19 pandemic stay-at-home order. It provides excellent quality sound and the only setup is plugging it into the computer. We made the choice of this Yeti because it was black and thought it would look more professional than blue.

for a first mic, it has been pretty easy. I did have to replace it once- the usb shorted out and started cutting in and out. best buy swapped it out with no worries. this did come with the ubisoft offer had expired- i was sad- but thats not what i bought- thought it would be a bonus- so not a biggie. i would recommend this mic and best buy to get PC/streaming gear

Mic has a great condenser sound, and worked instantly with my system. Nothing less than what I expected. But the Ubisoft code expired 6 months ago. I purchased this version understanding that the mic model was 1 version back, but the $50 gaming gift for my son was too much to pass up. End up with a good mic, but a disappointed kid. Well, he probably plays too much online anyway so not a full loss. But BB should update the description of this product or negotiate with the gaming publisher to accept the old codes they are carrying in inventory. This is a bush league play I'd expect from a local computer store, not a global brand.

BEWARE, I bought this microphone that was suppose to come with a $50 Ubisoft discount code but instead received a $20 discount code. Customer support told me that I would have to return the product just for that $50 discount code. I'm disappointed as I do not have the time to do this and do not want to return the microphone because I'm satisfied with it. This makes me not want to shop at Best Buy any longer.

Would buy again and recommended for all who want to be heard clearly during streaming, recording, virtual meetings. Especially for those who have a very light voice that can’t be heard unless they strain their voice. A group of people can sit around a table and speak and the microphone will transmit at a 360 degree. Great Great

This Mic has been one of my son's favorite things. He said his voice sounds great and is clear. I think he and all his friends have them as well so its been a highly rated mic by them as well. Setup was simple. We did purchase a mic stand to clamp to the desk as well.

This is a great microphone. My wife started working full time from home almost 1.5 years ago and we bought her this since she is on Zoom calls most of the day. The sound quality is great and was very easy to set up. It is larger than we expected but it does a great job.

If you're looking for great sound quality with a variety of different settings that works pretty well for just about any beginner. Just plug it in and you're basically good to go. Only downside is, it's pretty delicate so be very careful when using this thing and adjusting it's position.

Perfect mic. I’m an avid user of USB interfaces and XLR mics for recording my audio (also been using a Blue Snowball for YEARS) but I’ve been gravitating towards the Yeti for how easy and accessible it is, and for all the patterns it can record. The feature to monitor your own audio is my other favorite thing about it. No complaints! It’s well worth the purchase. The Ubisoft coupon is nice, but not a remarkably great deal. For an extra $10 on top of the usual Yeti price I’m getting a $50 credit coupon that only works on games that are $59.99 and above, and it doesn’t stack on deals so I’m really paying $20 for a game off of Ubisoft’s client (not Steam or anything else). Kinda saddening because I know previous Yeti bundles came with entire games (Watch Dogs 2 was one from a long while ago), but it’s still a deal nonetheless. Still giving 5 stars for the mic, though!

A very good budget USB Mic I still use years after purchasing. Add some software to your pc and tweak audio with OBS to make it sound professional even.

Really good mic at a good price! Love using it for streams. The quality is really nice. If you are starting in streaming, podcasts, music, or really anything that requires a mic I can speak from experience that this mic is really good.

I have been looking at Blue Yeti mics for years and finally bought one. All I can say is that I have been missing out. I should have been bought this. Excellent microphone. It is really sensitive, just make sure you are aware of that.

The microphone is great and has paired well with varying mounts. Only reason I'm giving a 4/5 stars is because the Ubisoft discount code was long expired though they're still marketing this item like its active.

Starting with full disclosure: I'm NOT a content creator so I do not know what other better microphones are out there that can perhaps make this one look like rubbish. Sounds quality: I'm not a sound expert, moreover, I might not be the best one to ask about sound quality on this product. I was basically looking for something that could simply make me sound better during video calls and random voice recordings without having to break the bank, and I believe this Mic did just that. Build quality: I tend to be picky with build quality as I find it to often be differentiator between the products I purchase. In this case, I'm more than satisfied with the amount of effort they put into ensuring all pieces fit properly (no visible odd gaps) and that the paint and lettering did not overrun while drying.

Looks very clean and easy to set up! Didn’t think a mic would matter on my stream and boy was i wrong. It sounds so much better. It’s very easy to work and not complicated at all. I would recommend this mic to any new streamers looking for a mic.

Some advice: don't bother buying this microphone with the $50 Ubisoft Discount Code unless you actually want a specific Ubisoft game. We ended up not using the code at all even when the expiration date arrived. As for the microphone, the quality was pretty good and picked up little background noise. It ran only on USB so we didn't need to supply any additional power cables. That said, its been a year since we've purchased this microphone and there are some durability issues with it. The mute button is a little feisty (requires several presses before actually muting the microphone) while the rotation on the mount became a little weak when the microphone was tilted in a certain direction.

Purchased as a gift for my teenage son- Overall the microphone is great: sound quality, ease of use, all good. We are however having trouble getting the $50 gift certificate to work
