While that has not happened, I do use it when I game. It sits neatly out of the way, and everyone says I have never sounded better. Overall, i couldn't be happier with this.

Great mic works same as larger mic

great condenser mic for zoom, youtube, recording.

This mic is very clear but does pick up some background noise. I suggest getting some headphones (that plug into the mic itself 3.5mm) to avoid the sound from the computer speakers. I have experimented with this a few inches from my mouth and 2 feet away from my mouth. obviously, this type of condenser mic works best when it's close to the mouth.
