The unit is quiet. My wife and I noticed less nasal congestion after a good night's sleep. And there is significantly less dust visible on furniture well after the time for dusting everything has passed.

Functional, easy to setup and operate. Extremely quiet on lowest setting. Purchased to reduce ‘dust’ particles. Proof will be after 6 months of operation. Very good rating by others. Tad pricey.,

Last year I was diagnosed with copd. A friend recommended that we buy this product. She claimed it helped her tremendously with her breathing so I thought I’d give it a try. We placed ours in our living room and it cleans the air, deodorizes, cuts down the dust and pet dander. The filter lasted almost six months and the replacement filter was surprisingly inexpensive. I would highly recommend this to anyone with copd. Thanks for distributing such a fantastic product

We started using this in the hallway between the living room and bedroom. Since we started using the purifier, I have not had sinus problems stopping up my sinus at night at all. Prior to using this I always had to use a nasal spray before bed or a Neti Pot before bed. I have not had to use either since using this product. On the highest setting it is a little loud for me when in the same room, but on the Low and Med settings it is fine. In the hallway we use High, but it is in the hallway and does not cause a problem.

We bought it because a family member was visiting who was allergic to cats. It really made a huge difference when they had to be in the main part of the house where the cat is.

We purchased this air purifier during to help reduce the smoke in our house from the wildfires. It worked good. It also gets removes cooking odors quickly. Easy to setup and use. I'd highly recommend it.

I was in need of quiet air purifier that works. This works. This is quiet. This is air purifier. Fits all 3 things I wanted. Air feels much better with it on. I can't sleep or live without it as I have very bad allergic rhinitis since birth. Taking antihistamine and nasal spray for life was not enough to make me feel better. Adding this to my life made an immediate change of my condition. It is my own experience and how I feel about it. So it may not be the same for you. HOWEVER, I still recommend trying this out to see if it would also help you with your air.

Do you like breathing air but find that sometimes there is stuff in it? Like rocks, sand, or even smoke? Then Blueair is for you. This thing definitely removes the larger particles, I haven't noticed any rocks or sand in my air since I've been using it. I love this thing; after using it for a week, I bought a second larger one. I love the space-age appearance and the soft lights. It looks like it wants to give me compliments. How could this thing be improved? If it hand robot legs and could roll around the house like an irobot vacuum (but obviously for air). Don't get me wrong, it's still good this way, it's just currently more of a stationary butler for poor people.

The blue air purifier works very well. It's quiet, very easy to move around and super easy to clean. it is a little expensive for an air purifier but if you want one that actually works longer than 6 months then this is your buy.

Easy to use, makes the air quality great and very quiet. It includes two covers, so that you have one in the wash and still have a cover for the unit. I would give it five stars if it were a little cheaper. Particularly if you have an allergy, this unit is highly recommended.

I bought the Blue Air 211+ on the recommendation from CR. The air purifier fits nicely in any of the rooms of my house, and seems well built. I think it is working, my “allergies” seem to be less, but that’s very subjective. On low it is extremely quiet, medium, noticeable, and high, obvious, but not uncomfortable. The foot print is about 12 inches square and about 20 inches tall. Not something you would place on a tabletop or shelf. The bottom half has a washable “stretchable” fabric pre filter to block large debris. This comes in different colors. The package I purchased had two different colored pre-filters of light blue and dark grey (black).

Works great and is very quiet. Pretty big, but the design makes it less of an eyesore. Has helped reduce dust and allergens in our house

Neighbor who stinks. If you have a neighbor who is a chain smoker & pot smoker & doesn't care about the no-smoking rule and your complaints are ignored, you're not alone! Personally I don't care how bad it smells next door. But that smell gets into my apartment. One thing that has helped is sealing (tape over) the outlets on the shared. That's when I bought the Blueair - Blue Pure 211, and that really cleared the air! I normally leave it on medium and when I can start to smell it I turn it to high for a while.

Sadly, our old Whirlpool Air Purifier died after being in daily service for several several years. Consumer Reports recommended this Blueair Blue Pure 211+ Air Purifier, and I couldn't be happier with it. It is quiet, as we use it in the bedroom. We have a second Whirlpool that we kept in the living room. When (if) that one dies, I can see me replacing it with another Blueair. There are lots of PRO's with this purifier. The only CON is it is a little pricey and the filters can be pricey to replace, however, this CON is what one would find with any well built air purifier from any manufacturer.

Unit is quite and seems to clean the air very well. Only issue is changing the interior filters. The company says filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months. We shall see. Filters are pricey other than that very happy with the purchase.

Bought this air filter because the air quality in our home was terrible during the California wildfires and this was the highest rated on Consumer Reports. It did not disappoint - it was very easy to use and left the air noticeably improved. I would say, be sure to look at the pictures in the room to get a sense for the size. The Blueair is meant to clean a relatively large room and is a pretty hefty size. It was great though for keeping the air clear in my bedroom overnight (although the light unfortunately does still say pretty bright).

We moved into a house that had a small mold problem, but everyone in my family seems to be allergic to the mold. We were worried that the house would be uninhabitable for us until we remediated the mold. Enter the Blueair Blue Pure 211+. It made the big living room comfortable between move-in and mold removal. Great purchase. Very quiet at its lowest setting.

This air purifier quickly removed all my of cigarette odor from my office. Easy to set up and use. Very quiet operation. Great buy.

Highly effective and quiet. Modern design, blends nicely in the background. Just wish it had app control for automating cycle times.
