Nice looking air purifier. A bit expensive, but worth it as it works on a larger sq ft area than most other purifiers. Quiet if on the first or second setting, sounds almost like a box fan on the third. The 'pre-filter' is really just a section of panty hose that you stretch over the bottom. I clean it off and throw it in the washer every week or so as the dust really builds up (which is great, at least I know it's helping and actually pulling in the air). Happy with the purchase.

I have no clue if it’s working, but it looks good and it’s quiet. check back in a few months and I’ll tell you if the filters are dirty.

We originally purchased this to deal with allergies and it performed great. The real test was recently when we had a couple weeks of smoky air due to the areas wildfires. The Blueair 211+ made a huge difference in the air quality of our home....really helped us cope with a very challenging situation to our family's health....highly recommend!

We've used our Blueair machine less than 3 weeks and have noticeably cleaner air throughout the house (even though it's set up in the bedroom). My wife and I have allergies that made sleeping difficult and we frequently spent most of the night coughing. Pureair literally was a Godsend- we get the sleep we need and cleaning hose is a lot easier too. Side benefit: Best Buy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Got the product I wanted in under 15 minutes after trying to get the same item from Amazon for over 2 hours!

I purchased three of these for Christmas presents for myself my sister and my mom. I quite literally researched for days and weeks before making this purchase -comparing 3 different brands. It ultimately came down to the .1 micron vs .3 from other brands. Which by the way my two boys each have a .3 micron winix in their rooms. I dismissed the WiFi in other models and went for this one. it looks good and easy to use. No issues. Even 80 year old Mom set up on her own. A+++

I bought this because of the wildfires and the continued smoke plaguing the west coast. I had ordered two different purifiers before this and returned both. After doing research on Consumer Reports and reading many reviews, this is the best machine for this issue and pretty much any other. I find that it does work excellent and clears the air of double the square footage easily. We have had food odors removed, smoke, and also allergens. I now wonder how we lived without it!

The blueair blue pure is a compact product. It is easy push button operation. A very quiet running unit.

Blueair Blue Pure 211 is the best Air Purifier you can buy. Consumer Report rated it high, and it lives up to that rating. it is quiet on the low setting. I leave it running full time. The outer filters are fabric, that stretch over the base, where the air intake is. There is no particles of dust seen exiting the top, where the exhaust exits. The Bottom filters look easy to remove and wash clean; After 3 weeks of continuous operation, they do not need cleaning yet.

Since taking it out of the box it has worked well to reduce smells and dust in our house. It has also helped both of our asthma and allergies. Especially having a constantly shedding cat. Also I enjoy that even on its highest speed, the noise isn’t bad. We have it in our bedroom with the doors open and even on full we can sleep easily. I highly recommend this item.

Got larger one for living/front room area and smaller one for the bedroom. I think my house smells much better, getting rid of any musty or pet smells and feels like the air I breath is cleaner. Very easy to set up and maintain with one washable filter on the outside and then interior filters that last a decent amount of time before needing replacement. Best Buy made it so easy to get with online ordering and curbside pickup. It was great!

So far, so great! This was a bit of a panic buy... Let me explain: Woke up yesterday morning and was in a position in my apartment that caught the sunrise at an angle I've never seen before. My jaw dropped as I could see millions of floating pieces of dust and Lord knows what else! Shifting my head away from that exact angle made all of the floating particulate matter become completely invisible to the naked eye. I moved into this luxury apartment building two years ago and I really love it. Yet I couldn't understand why I was sniffling so often and waking up most days with burning eyes. I've never had an issue with cats and there is an old boy here who mostly sleeps. I figured it was the somewhat busy road nearby. Anyways, after researching reviews and consumer reports I settled on this one and picked it up four hours later. There was noticeable difference in the air quality after just a few hours and I woke up today (24 hours of operating) feeling great. My apartment is about 700 square feet but very open and it seems to be more than capable of providing significant improvement for my situation. I've never written a review this long but I'm pretty happy with the fast results. My ONLY con I see so far is that the piece is designed in Sweden but built in China. I like to buy American made products or country of origination products. I can get over it this time =)

Love it! Bought after all the California fires. I keep this thing running most of the time.

I have a pretty large home at over 3500sq ft, very open spaces and 2 air handlers. I purchased the 211+ for our main living space next to the main air handler. No more itchy, sneezy sensations anywhere in the house. I cannot stress how much it helps with allergies and sleeping sound through the night.

We’ve been using ours for 10 months and are very happy with the performance! We leave it running 24/7 and just now got the red signaling a filter change is needed. We like the noise the unit makes. Our only complaint is the light from the on button. Wish it could be disables but it’s only noticeable a night so just I cover it with a hair tie.

I needed to replace the air purifier in our master bedroom. Having been diagnosed with asthma in my 60s, I knew I needed a high quality unit. After researching in Consumer Reports, I found Bluair to be a top choice. Purchased/had it delivered. It provides efficient, quiet service. It may be more expensive, but my lungs were worth it!

The Blue Pure 211+ is quiet, attractive, and effective. I bought it because our house seemed particularly dusty, and it seems to have reduced the amount of dust that settles on counters and furniture. It's quiet on low speed and not objectionably loud on medium, which is what it's switched to overnight.

I love Blueair air purifiers. They get the job done , are a snap to setup, and you're able to have the filters on subscription order and shipped to you right around when they need changing. You'll be amazed at how much these things can pull out of the air, we can literally smell the difference.

Wonderful! Works instantaneous. As soon as I smell smoke outside I turn this on and it works immediately to clean the air. The low setting is quiet. The medium setting is loud enough for you to have to raise the volume of the TV 1 or 2 notches. The Loud setting is way too loud to use however I've never had to use it because the medium setting is enough for my house

Purchased because did some remodeling and house was smelly. I turned this on and within hours the air smelled so much better. I run it at night on low in master bedroom and I feel like I sleep better. Could be the air moving around or the soft hummm, but it's really nice. Plus, when I cook something that smellls up house this clears the air. I just bought the small one for my office. It really helps.
