Does a great job keeping the air clean. Particle sensor seems to work well, and ramps up fan speed to clean dirty air faster.

This one helped us out mainly during fall and winter season. I loved and recommended this to my friend.

We purchased the Blueair - Blue Pure 211+ HEPASilent Air Purifier and have been very happy with it. It is whisper-quiet and has done a great job.

Excellent! It’s amazing how we don’t realize/think about how bad our air quality actually is. This little thing is absolutely amazing!! Very little noise (typically after we cook since the fumes aren’t very pure) then it auto shuts down to its regular setting which I can’t hear AT ALL. My fiancé has allergies and they typically kick into high gear around this time of year and this has been a game changer for his everyday life. Very happy with this purchase.

This thing works like a champ. It notice the least little thing and kicks up when needed. We leave it on auto and it does the trick.

Bought this model in lieu of store being out of stock on the "base" model of the 211+. Aesthetically, a more pleasing look than its cheaper brand mate, plus the addition of a full auto sensing mode to change speeds according to air quality. For some users who experience frequent variations in air quality, (eg. airborne particulates), then this is the "go to" model. The pre-filter seems to be made of sturdier material and has a "pocket" on the back that can contain excess length of the power cable keeping things tidy and avoiding a tripping hazard. One additional plus for households with chewing pets or mischievous children is that this model uses a 24 volt A/C adaptor that plugs into the wall outlet, negating the possibility of being injured by a damaged cord carrying 120 volts. Noise levels are on par with the older version but now, the status lights go out completely, with only the small air quality indicator light on the front remaining lit. The base 211+ was rated by CR a notch better than this "upgrade" model though the performance scores appeared to be exactly alike. ( Blueair has a copy of CR air purifier ratings on its webpage), If you don't mind spending $40 for a few refinements then the 211+ Auto is a solid choice.

I have severe asthma and both my son and I have allergies. Buying this machine has been a lifesaver for both of us. I bought the larger unit even though I didn’t need to cover as much space, we just move it from room to room as needed. Within a half an hour, the room actually feels much better. The unit is quiet and very light weight. I would definitely recommend

We have been using this air purifier for a few weeks now and it has been working quite nicely. We owned a smaller one that we used for our room, but it couldn't keep up with the amount of dust produced in our home. This operates quiet and effecently. I do wish there was a way to dim down the front quality light. Yes, it's expensive but not having to change filters monthly is a total win for me.

This has helped us sleep better at night and works quick to clean the air. Definitely better then a 50 dollar branded purifier

Im amaze on how much dust this filter collects, you can feel the difference on the air…… a must have for a health life…

Blue air is the best purifier system, I have them all throughout the house and they work great!

This is simple system to operate and does its job quietly. Wish there was an app to remind me when to change the filter.

Worked great to reduce dust *60-70% first 10 days. Only downside is hard to move around with no handle (and top would come undone but would have delt with that given $259 sale price). Unfortunately returned as 2 prong plug (with square box design) would get warm or hot in certain electrical outlets. My home is only 12 years old with modern wiring... Called Blueair and was told to return (fast service but from outside US). Could not exchange as Bestbuy out of stock and hassle of returning to Blueair not worth it (even IF they would approve). Don't recommend as discontinued.

I love the automatic setting. I find I leave it on much more than other purifiers I've had, which makes it much more useful. It's incredibly quiet on the lowest setting, and the loudest setting, though noticeable, is pretty pleasant. It also seems to make a significant difference for my girlfriend's allergies, and the general smell of our (800 sq ft) home. I also like that it uses relatively little power as compared to other purifiers.

Gets the job done. Nice and smooth for air purifier, a product that i would definitely recommend.

We leave it running 24/7 and it has helped with odors from cooking/litter box so much!

I suffer from cough variant asthma and allergy induced asthma, and this has changed my life. My house is very clean, but what's in the air is in the air, and during work from home due to my asthma condition, I could not go through the day without coughing constantly. The worst is during phone calls, having to constantly hit the mute button so others do not hear me muting or clearing my throat. After purchasing this on a Sunday, I ran it on full speed, and noticed later in the day my asthma symptoms were getting better. To make sure this wasn't a placebo, I waited a fully week to do this review. This past entire workweek, my coughing and throat clearing has almost completely vanished. I am taking 30-minute conference calls, many that I facilitate, and I do not have to mute once during the entire call. This has literally changed my life, so much so, that I purchased two additional units for our home. I really didn't think this would work, but wow, huge relief for me - I'm a believer!
