Does not register the air particles accurately

Our A/C blower self destructed and it spewed our black particles from the air ducts all over the house, yet the purifier still registered 0 pollutants. It is quiet, however it doesn’t seem to do what it should. I purchased a 3000 sq ft capable unit and only use it in my bedroom with the door closed. Will be returning since it was too expensive not to be doing the job…..

We have ours in the kitchen and honestly it makes me happy when it kicks on automatically. It is a big boy so don't be surprised if you hadn't checked the dimensions prior to purchasing. I would definitely recommend, and I'm waiting for it to go on sale again so I can get one for our upstairs as well.
