Installed it to help deal with a lot of drywall work that had to be one, hoping a lot of the dust would be removed. i followed on the app (we were out of town at the time) and there was no indication that any dust was detected. Then, two weeks later, we had a steak cooking on the broiler, and the shark device I have set up since was right to work increasing the fan and cleaning the air, and the Blue air did almost nothing. I had opened a ticket to Blueair support about the dust issue, and it's 9 days later and no response. As this is the last day for return eligibility, I am taking it back today.

Had for about a month now but i dont know why PM levels been at zero. We also use other air purifiers which detects the smell of cooking and stuff. But the blue air doesnt.

Best Buy delivered ahead of schedule. It's somewhat bulky but efficient, quickly reducing pollutant levels to zero on its display. The app is easy to use. Sound level is not excessive.
