This is a good air purifier and this also is my first experience with one the app works great but the sensor doesn’t detect pollution it always says perfect air even if you burnt tortillas it wont detect the smoke or bad air from outside.it did stop my cough and sore throat

Easy to setup and has an outer filter you can vacuum or put in the washing machine. Only reason for a 4 star is because often times it’ll disconnect from wifi, and there’s no an easy way to reconnect it. You have to set it up from scratch again which resets the filter life timer.

Easy to set up and it works great! Got it to help reduce dust and pet hair gathering everywhere.

Its good. I like it. Does what it's suppose to. I recomend it.

Overall, very good. The only complaint is the low frequency (and low volume, but audible) sound heard when at the lowest speed setting. Seems to be more effective than both the Shark air purifier and an HP we were using prior.

I researched air purifiers before purchasing and it performs as expected.

I gave this 4 stars but only because I can't give it a rating between 4 and 5. Most likely, I would give it a 4.5. Product is excellent. Works well and has an app to control it from the iPhone and you can also set it up so it can be controlled by Alexa enabled devices. However, the documentation they provide on this product is truly abysmal. If it were better, I would give this a full 5 stars.

We bought this for our 2bd apartment. Works great in auto mode 24/7 with a remote control through the app. It is a must-have with recently increased incidents of wildfires and lousy air quality conditions!

Appreciate the remote control via the phone application and the system’s Auto setting. Definitely powers up when it is cooking time.

Disappointed with poor job on dust removal from the air. Have both a Model 211i Max and a 311Auto. Good air circulation and very quiet. Only have for one month.

This air purifier is huge, which is not surprising considering the high purifying spec. The purifier looks elegant enough to blend in the living room and you can purchase different color of prefilter. With the high clean air delivery rate (CADR) of 410 and maximum room size of 635-1524 ft2, this air purifier is meant to be placed in the living room or an open space inside your house. It’s easy to use the air purifier, the auto mode will do the job for you. If the air quality is bad the purifier will work harder cleaning the air and as air quality improves the fan will work quieter. There’s no need to set the purifier manually unless you want to clean the air very fast when using the purifier for the first time. You can monitor the air condition through the LED panel and the app, which connects through Bluetooth or Wifi. The app is handy for remotely controlling the purifier. The prefilter is supposed to prolong the filter’s life, which is rated at 6-9 months of use. The air purifier can clean airborne particles up to 0.1 micron in size, which is expected for an air purifier at this price range. Since the filter uses activated carbon filter layer, the purifier can also neutralize odors, again as expected. So, the top 3 features that I like from this purifier are as follow: The design with changeable and washable prefilter High purifying spec and performance App connectivity and ease of use One thing that I initially feel it’s a bit missing from the top line of air purifier is the UVC, which is supposedly needed to effectively kill airborne virus and germs trapped inside the filter. However, it seems that the use of UVC in an air purifier is redundant since the filter is able to purify airborne particles up to 0.1 micron in size. Also, if you feel that changing the filter every 6-9 months is a bit of a hassle, you can manually override the change filter indicator as per the manual’s instruction. I wouldn’t stretch the life of the filter beyond the 9 months recommended filter use as the activated carbon may already become ineffective.

I’m please with this purchase. I only wish there was a timer for the fan.

Seems to have done something to the air quality but placed it full blast in an unobstructed 1200sq ft basement near a litter box. After a month of running and the space still is not fresh. I would suggest looking into an air cleaner utilizing different filter types. Due to how this is constructed, moving the unit makes you grab from the bottom where the cloth filter cover is making your hands dirty since the top piece screws on with only a 20-ish degree turn. Touch screen buttons react well enough. Sometimes the PPI adjustment button doesnt respond on first press.

We are extremely happy with this purchase. We bought one for the main living area and one for our bedroom. Almost immediately we could tell a difference. Our only wish is that it would give us a breakdown of the pollutants it detects.

Bought this in hopes to combat my cat allergy and it works wonders. Would hughly recommend trying this unit for those with pets that struggle with occasional pet related athsma.

We find it helps. It's very easy to setup, fan is quiet, but is noticeable on the high setting. Stays linked to our wifi with out an issue.
