We love these products. We have two young boys with allergies so these are must haves

This air purifier has been a game change in our home. We purchasedit on Black Friday & would like to purchase more when possible.

Visually it looks nice, modern and it looks great in the home. It detected dirty air well. The downside is in air odor removal. The filter has an active carbon layer however its a fiber layer so its not as efficient in removing odors like other purifiers that have active carbon pellets. I returned it and bought the levoit 600s instead as the levoit filter has actual charcoal pellets.

I purchased this air purifier, after removing carpets and installing vinyl planking. It really makes the house smell fresh.

This thing is sweet. I have a really dusty room so I feel like this thing is a must.

Unit works well but they do not include start up instructions and it has smart features and not really the easiest to set up. So, really poor operating instructions

Seems to clean air quickly. A bit noisy when it is working its hardest and sometimes ramps down abruptly, but seems to work fine. Interesting to watch the PPM jump up when cooking and then see it decrease as it works.

Very nice product. It helps me sleep better. I would recommend anyone with asthma and allergies to buy this air purifier.

Love it so far! The automatic setting is amazing. Even took plug in air freshener out of room as purifier made it seem non existent!

Best Buy had a very good Black Friday 2024 price. I researched air purifiers and this model was high on many lists, so happy to buy it. At same time looked on Blueair website, and they were having sale on filters, so bought 4 - 2 different types - not cheap, but on sale. Blueair, for some unknown reason, split the shipment into box of 3 and 1, both sent at same time. The box of 3 arrived fine. The next day the single filter arrived ONLY in product box, thin cardboard, NOT a protective shipping box. Why? These filters are fragile. Thus began my FRUSTRATING journey dealing with Blueair customer service. My calls were obviously to an Indian call center, from the accents, but they gave "American" names, not typical names of people from India. I tried to find out why order split in 2, and why no protective shipping box for single filter. No luck, just a lot of different Indian customer service agents on phone calls and mostly emails being friendly, but not solving the problem. Finally one offered to send a replacement filter at no cost. Then it arrived ALSO ONLY in product box, NOT protective shipping box and was DAMAGED! More customer service emails, and finally I reached my limit, returned all 5 filters to Blueair for a refund, and returned my Blueair 211i Max to Best Buy, unused. While the reviews all gave this very high ratings, because of the terrible Blueair shipping policies, and mediocre customer service, I can NOT recommend this company, BEWARE!
