Clears the air of any odors from cooking. Runs quietly until it needs to clear the air. Then its a little loud but only for a short time. Does it clear virus or other thinkgs, I don't know, how would you know really.

We love this. My air quality is good until I start cooking or use hairspray but I do know it is cutting down on the dust always flying around my house!!!

Very happy and purchased another one for ourselves and as a gift. The air is actually more pure than the rest of the house.

This unit is pretty quiet on low and medium but it does get loud on high. I like how it takes in air from all sides. Does this make a noticeable difference than models that don't? I don't know but it seems like it should.

Works like a dream bought it becase of I paint in my room and the smell was bothersome but this cleans the air in the time of a coffe break bought the bigger model later i was so happy with it

We haven't had it very long but it has been impressive so far. When on auto it's very quiet and you can barely tell it's even running. The other day we ran the vacuum cleaner in the room which stirred up some dust, and within minutes the Blueair had kicked into a higher mode to filter the dust out of the air. The outer filter is washable, and you just take it off and toss it in the washing machine or rinse in the sink. It's small, it's lightweight, and you can put it anywhere in the room and it seems to work well.

Love it! Filters air quietly, and well. On high is a little noisy but all air filters are. The high setting filters air very quickly!

Functions as described. Auto feature works fantastic. You can hardly hear it on low.

This unit does exactly as it says and I am surprised (and mortified) by the amount of "ick" it filters. I have awful allergies and this has been such a good addition to my allergy regimen. It is relatively close to the bedroom vent and it has truly helped in this allergy season. (I am convinced because of the mask wearing last year, the allergy season was not bad - this year is the polar opposite.) The replacement filter subscription makes this dead easy.

The size is very convenient not too not too small. It looks good anywhere you put it. But it doesn't clean the air as good and fast as advertised.

This Air Purifier works great. I bought several and notice a huge difference in air quality.

I'm very happy with how effective this filter is at cleaning the air in our moderately sized master bedroom. It's not 'noisy' per say, but I do wish it was even quieter.

There's not much you can say about an air purifier. This one certainly looks much nicer than most on the market, which was the biggest appeal to me. I haven't swapped out the bottom covers, but it's nice to have that option. It works pretty much silently and I mostly never change it off the auto feature, which works very well. Overall, I recommend it. You do pay a little more for the looks, but isn't that how it always is?
