    Great Purifier!

This is a good quality air purifier! Its basically just a filter with a fan on top. I used the filter it came with and while it did make the air feel more “clean” and crisp, I could still smell some light household odors. I did some research on other compatible filters and I ended up purchasing the allergen filter. There isn’t much information or customer feedback about the filters online, so I decided to just go for it. Out of the box I noticed a more refreshing flow of air coming from the purifier. I left and returned home after about 8 hours and the air smelt completely clean and fresh. There were no lingering smoke or cooking odors at all! Definitely worth it as long as you upgrade from the stock particle filter to either the smoke blocker filter or the allergen filter. The app is nice to have as well. You can turn it on or off, adjust the speed and view the air quality history. Definitely recommend this!

    Convenient Tool

This is a great tool to add to the home or office space. The design is modern and fits into any space without standing out. The best part about using the product is the app and the ability to control the unit from anywhere. To save on cost it has an auto feature that will run based on the quality of the air. Another cost saving feature is the ability for the unit to turn on and off based on your location via cell. depending on the fan speed it can be very quiet to somewhat noisy. If ran on Auto and the fan is at full power, it doesn't stay noisy for long periods of time depending on the situation at the moment. The sensor is able to pick up very quickly to smoke, aerosol fragrance sprays, oil diffusers, you name it, it can sense it and act accordingly.

I purchased 3 of the Blue Pure 311i Max for our house- one for each floor. These replaced older generation Honeywell HEPA filters (lasted 10+ years). I've had these for over a month now and am very happy with the design and operation: high efficiency HEPA filter media, very nice design with the colored fabric cover, and much quieter (but provides just enough white noise for sleeping). Five Stars. Great pricing at BestBuy too.

Quiet, easy to use, and not too big. Cleans and purifies the air quickly and doesn’t take up much room. Highly recommend grabbing one of these if you suffer from allergies.

Very happy with this air purifier. Super quiet and definitely gets the job done. Easy set up and user friendly. I like that you can simply wash the outside fabric filter which catches larger particles and helps save on the replacement filter. I purchased 2 - this one for bedroom and a larger one for living room . Very happy with both and definitely recommend.

I have had a lot fo air purifiers in my home over the years. This is my second BlueAir air filter unit. This model is much better than the first generation. It is super quiet and the fabric sleeve can easily be washed. The fabric sleeve is the first layer of filtration and prolongs the lift of the unit’s HEPA filter. The unit has an okay mobile app thst connects to the filter and provides data on air quality and run time. Id say the best feature is the quietness of the unit and the washable sock.

It’s worked out great in my small apartment. Its set and forget with an auto feature that kicks on when I’m cooking or something else pollutes the air. It never gets too loud and it’s got a decent look to it. The app is also nice for changing settings and monitoring air quality in my home.

I bought this Blueair for my bedroom. Keeping it running at level 2 during the day and at the Sleep level at night seems to be working to help with alleviating allergies. It's larger than I thought it would be, but it fits on the floor inconspicuously enough. Best features include the wifi connection to a phone app and the sleep mode - can't hear a thing but I know it's running.

This is by far the best air purifier that I have tried. I bought several high tech super smart air purifiers before I bought this one and they were all disappointing. The Blueair air purifier is quiet and efficient. The auto mode works very well to detect when I'm dusting or cooking or doing anything that increases particles in the air.

Unboxing reveals the air purifier itself with a light grey pre-filter and the user manual. Purifier is of a solid plastic construction with rubberized feet. Filter is well-designed and small 12.5” footprint fits in perfectly in my home. Power cord is long yet cannot be disconnected from the purifier. Fan is quite large and is whisper quiet. On low, the fan is barely audible at 23dB and is still impressively quiet on high at 50dB. 250 cfm fan moves an immense volume of air and is advertised to clean 387 ft2 in only 12.5 minutes. Refined design with only two capacitive touch buttons. One for fan speed, night and auto modes and another for power. Fan speed of 1 is 12%, 2 is 56%, and 3 is full steam ahead. Wi-Fi LED indicator light doubles as a notification for when a filter-change is due. Blueair’s RealTrack algorithm accurately calculates filter life to provide a more precise time to change the filter. Filters are marketed to last from 6-9 months. Purifier also has a child lock to prevent unwanted tampering with settings. Top part of the air filter easily twists off to change the filter. Air purifier uses 3 stages of filters. A fabric pre-filter on the exterior is washable and reusable. Main filter removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.1 microns and a final activated carbon layer eliminates unwanted odors. Pre-filter also comes in 5 elegant colors sold separately to customize the look of the purifier. Blueair app is well designed and feature packed. An account must be made to access the app’s features. Connection is simple, simply choose the product family and the filter appears via Bluetooth in the app. After Bluetooth connection is established, one can add the filter to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to control the filter and monitor data anywhere. Features of the app include a chart comparing the air quality reported by the purifier with the outdoor air quality, granular fan speed control, LED brightness, schedules, and a Welcome Home feature. Welcome Home feature automatically turns the filter off and on when in proximity of the house. Blueair filters are compatible with major voice assistants as well. Overall, the Blueair Blue Pure 311i Max is the stylish, no-nonsense air purifier of the future.

This is a great air purifier that looks good does was it what it says it will do and it is communicative and connected to a mobile app. I really like how easy it was to set up and get connected to my mobile phone. It is also very stylish and blends in perfectly to my living room. It is also very quiet and my pets are not bothered by it.

I absolutely love this air purifier. It’s incredibly quiet, and I particularly appreciate the automatic setting. Usually, the light stays blue until I start cooking, at which point the purifier kicks in, the light turns red, and the fan speeds up. I never realized how bad the air was while cooking.

This product delivers as promised. Out of the box, it's plug n play. It's fairly priced and the overall hardware/software functionality is great. The filter is proprietary. Some people seem to have an issue with this because there's less studies in comparison to true hepa. However, I can appreciate innovation when the intent is aimed towards greater efficiency and quality. Additionally, if you subscribe on their website, filters are 15% off. The software will notify when it's time to replace it. As for the cloth, it's machine washable. Another thing I've noticed people exaggerating about the weight distribution. It's slightly heavier at the top, but not enough to easily tip over. I wouldn't consider this an issue whatsoever.

I have 2 Blueairs, the 211i Max and the 311i Max. Both clean the air in the rooms very well. 311i is in a 300sqft bedroom and manages to keep the entire space fresh, so I’m very happy with its performance there. 1 downside, the WiFi connectivity lacks. Both units drop off the network consistently even with being close to the router. I had set up schedules for them using the blue app, but when they don’t stay connected, they do not turn on and off as desired. Work around is I connected them to a smart plug and recreated the schedules on that app, However with connectivity through the blue app, I can’t see air quality results or details in when to replace the filters. Summary: functionally great for the air purification. Functionally not great for the WiFi and thus app use ability.
