Posted .Hi there, we are sorry to hear about this issue. All of our purifiers come with a 1 year manufacturer's' warranty and are eligible for an extended warranty with product registration. To maintain optimum performance, we recommend changing your filter about once every 6 months when used 24 hours a day, so around twice a year.
Motor noise is surprising
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have no doubt it will do the job but the motor is louder than i expected on anything other than the lowest setting. Medium is tolerable but I can't use the high seeing in my 120sq ft office. I would expect more air noise at higher settings but this is a motor whine. Given the reviews an claims of low noise levels I'm disappointed. I'm not sure I'll keep it
