Very simple setup and installation. I can tell it's working. I have bad allergies, and this purifier is definitely keeping my master bedrooms air much more breathable.

It is quiet on lower settings, however it is noticeable on the third (high) setting which still isn't too loud or bothersome. Sitting on the floor I am able to feel the air on my bed about 3ft up.
