It seems like zero cares were given during the shipping. Then upon removal of the filter, the filter was broken and torn. If you’re reading this, please buy from the manufacturer. I’ve never had a problem woth them. I’ll never buy a filter from best but ever again.

My daughter lives in fire country, and when they were smoked out, these filters saved them and my grandson who has occasional asthma. I have allergies like crazy, and I use mine in the bedroom and the living room. I also have four dogs and a cat, and two parrots… This thing really works in my home

I bought 2 and the price was right. Cheaper than Amazon and shipping was fast.
