I purchased this headset to supplement the speaker on my Thinkpad. This has great sound quality and blocks out the background noise. I am able to walk around the house and still hear- up to 75 feet away or so. This is a great addition to my home office and I would recommend it for folks that are on conference calls a lot!

Good headset . No complaints with others hearing me anymore. Sometimes has awkward connection issues if using with a phone that’s already connected to a vehicle.

This over the head Bluetooth is possibly one of the best that I have used. I have the 450 and I like the 350 better much lighter is slider and more comfortable. The noise canceling is excellent I work a lot around heavy machinery and people on the other end cannot hear the noise. I would highly recommend this product.

Do clear. You can hear everyone and they can hear you so much better than just a hands-free on any car in Meri’s comfortable to wear, and it made a huge difference in my workflow.

Works as advertised. does well in blocking background noise in the cab during calls. Battery lasts a long time and is fairly quick to recharge. This is my second B350, it does what it's supposed to do quite well. the only complaint I could have is BlueParrott coulda made these a little more weather resistant,

I drive a tow truck and it's hard to use my phone and drive the truck at the same time, I was looking into getting a wireless headset so I can use my phone without picking it up, when I went to best buy to look into them the sales person helped me with my decision I told him what I am looking for, he showed me the two different models and he compared them side by side and he showed me the two different headsets and he recommended the set that I bought, I tried them out when I left the store, it even came with a full charge on the battery, yeah it was a little awkward at first but that's normal but as I used it more I barely noticed it at all.

Comfortable for all day use long lasting battery good sound

I got this BT headset for my spouse to use since she is now working from home 100% of the time and spends lots of time on phone calls. She uses it probably 6 hours a day on average. So far, it has worked wonderfully with one exception. One day, all the people she talked to said she sounded very faint. We tried everything we could think of to fix the problem -- power-cycling the headset, power-cycling her phone, adjusting the volume on the headset, changing the mic volume on the phone, etc. -- but nothing worked until we unpaired the headset and then re-paired it, which "repaired" the problem. ;) It has worked great ever since. Given the dearth of other options at this price point, the known issues with iPhone Bluetooth performance, and how well it works most of the time, I would recommend this to anyone who has a similar use case.

The headset is comfortable to wear and very easy to connect to your phone. I can hear very well on the headset and with the noise canceling built in people can hear me clearly also.

This headset is a nice product. It is comfortable. The wireless feature is very convenient (which was the reason for my purchase). It feels sturdy. I have a smaller adult head, and it is on the smallest headband setting so it might not work for a child. It was my own fault for purchasing it on a whim without researching first, but this model is NOT designed or GUARANTEED to work on a computer! It is designed for other devices instead (per the company). After some amount of fussing in Windows 10 settings, however, I have it working with Dragon Naturally Speaking, Zoom, and Camtasia (video). It also works for YouTube, of course. The microphone records well, although this model is larger and more visible on a recorded screen. (Mentioned as an evaluation of relative pros and cons.) I bought a "hook" so I can hang it off the side of my desk rather than having it on the desk all the time. So it's a good unit for what it is good for.

Bought for use with WebEx application on PC. Works great once I figured out how to use it. In some apps (like WedEx) there will be 2 listings for the B350-XT, 'Stereo', and 'Headset'. You must choose 'Headset' otherwise, no sound. Hope this helps someone.
