The wireless feature is very convenient (which was the reason for my purchase). It feels sturdy. I have a smaller adult head, and it is on the smallest headband setting so it might not work for a child. It was my own fault for purchasing it on a whim without researching first, but this model is NOT designed or GUARANTEED to work on a computer! It is designed for other devices instead (per the company). After some amount of fussing in Windows 10 settings, however, I have it working with Dragon Naturally Speaking, Zoom, and Camtasia (video). It also works for YouTube, of course. The microphone records well, although this model is larger and more visible on a recorded screen. (Mentioned as an evaluation of relative pros and cons.) I bought a "hook" so I can hang it off the side of my desk rather than having it on the desk all the time. So it's a good unit for what it is good for.

Good headset for phone and PC

In some apps (like WedEx) there will be 2 listings for the B350-XT, 'Stereo', and 'Headset'. You must choose 'Headset' otherwise, no sound. Hope this helps someone.

My mom now works remote and I bought this one for her. She absolutely loves it. Noise cancelling, comfortable, easy to connect to phone. Highly recommend.

I was using airpods to talk on my cell phone for work but they picked up too much noise from my keyboard and anything else I was doing while on the phone. This headset does a nice job of filtering it out. It fits well, although it does bother my ear after a while due to the fact that I wear glasses and there is some pressure there from it. It is easy to set up and simple to pair with your phone. I would definitely buy it again.

Excellent even for Work From Home

This is a great one! I use the basics but I can't wait to try it out when traveling and such. The only thing odd was one very windy day, there seemed to be a lot of static and noise in the headset. I only experienced that once so far, however. I definitely recommend this headset to help cancel out background noise and have clear calls! I haven't connected to the BlueParrot app yet so also looking forward to that!
