Clear sounding, easy to use, comfortable when wearing it all day, and quick charging. Only problen is that it dosen't always answer incoming calls on voice comand.

Kinda big & bulky for my taste...

I ended up returning it, as the sound just sounded really muffled, and it just seemed big and bulky for 2025 standards. I don't really see the advantage of this over a smaller bluetooth earpiece.

Better Headset than Standard Xbox Headset

I was really hopeful about this product but unfortunately the audio is not good. The bass is tpp compared to other headphones. Sometimes I can barely hear the other person's articulation because it sounds muffled. I switch out with my other, wired Plantronics speakers that work fine, so I know it's the BlueParrott headphone problem, not my sound settings. I really want to like this because the device is comfortable on my head, the microphone is good, and it is one of the few mono-aural headphones out there. Bluetooth pairing works well. But the big downside is the sound!

While it was the "same" it is different then the one it replaced. There is an extra button that keeps getting pushed and messes up some calls but not enough to want to get rid of this one and try a different brand. The sound quality is great. It blocks out background noise so calls can be made and completed with out interruptions and lots of repeating of info.

The battery life is longer than 12 hours. The noise cancellation is not the best I’ve ever had but it is sufficient.
