excellent battery life, range and noise cancelling. The only thing they can improve on is the speaker. It needs to have more bass and less treble for the phone calls. it's seems a little "tinny" but over all excellent .

Eight months I use this headset everyday specially around this time where we have to work remotely. I use this headset primarily for my conference call, this unit is not only for truckers, this is also great for people who are working from home remotely or are those people who is on constant conference meeting. Pros: -Fit -Mic quality -Speaker quality -Battery life -Bluetooth connectivity -Fast charging -Value Cons: -Build, it's a plastic so it's a little clumsy. -Charging cable is not USB-C Overall I am giving it a 5 star, and I highly recommended for those people who are in constant conference calls.

had the 350 (puppy ate) replaced with this size seemed really big ,but did not notice when wearing, and very comfortable have yet to lose charge and maybe charge once a week ,very happy!!!!! would highly recommend!

My first headset I have ever owned & I love it!!! It is comfortable on my ear all day long & also holds a charge all day. Easy to use, sound & reception is great. Exactly what I was looking for in a headset!!!

I love this bluetooth because it's very comfortable, my conversations are heard very crisp and clear, It muffles the sourrding noise very well and the charge last very long. I definitely recommend this bluetooth.

I have not had to charge the headset once since I've gotten it over a week and a half ago. Talk quality is great, the connection range is awesome, and it's comfortable to wear for a long period of time.

This is a great headset that I bought for phone conversations in the car. It works very well!!! I drive a convertible and even with the top down and the wind blowing around me, the sound is perfect for the person on the other end of the call. The battery life is a champ! After the initial full charge a few weeks ago I haven't had to recharge it yet. (My pet peeve with smaller Bluetooth devises is that you have to recharge frequently.) Buy this headset to get good sound/volume to your ear and the listener too. The only down side is, you won't win any fashion contest. This is a devise for function and quality first.

I purchased the blue parrot B450-XT headset. It worked great for a few weeks. However, the battery would go from 100% to 30%, and die at 30%. I contacted blue parrot, and they said it was a battery issue, and would send me a replacement. I am very optimistic that the new headset will work great. The main reason I am giving it 4 stars, is the customer service from blue parrot. When the headset did work, it was 10 out of 10. Feels great around the ear. Sound quality is excellent on my end AND the person I am talking too. Perfect for truck drivers. I still recommend it to people. It feels like a premium quality product. Not cheap.

the previous model 350 "died" upgraded model 450 - covers the full ear on the outside comfortable - others would think it's huge but from old school I do not want earbud inside my ear - also truck drivers uses brand blueparrott other person can hear better conversations without background noise

These headphones have been a game changer. My husband drives trucks for a living and I could never hear him with the usual iPhone headphones. The sound quality is as good, if not better, than when he is holding the phone to his ear. These headphones have made our lives, and his job, better.

App download for setup. Bluetooth connection to phone. Took me a few tries to get used to buttons for answering calls. Crystal clear sound wife says. Even with the driver side window rolled down almost all the way still sounds good and good mic pickup. Wouldn’t use anything else.

I bought the BlueParrott B450 XT for my wife for her work because she requires the use of the keyboard while communicating with her clients. She states that the headset has a clear sound and she does not hear from her clients that she can't be heard as it was a problem with her previous earpiece Bluetooth set. The only drawback is that she said that the B450 XT is too heavy and gives her a bit of a headache when she has it on for more than a hour. Overall it is a good headset if purchased at a discount, but not at the regular listed price.

This headset is unbelievable great battery life and I never felt so confident that the person on the other line heard what I said. Its so good that people will tell me or know I'm on my headset without me saying. I drive big dump trucks and operate heavy machines and I can use a inside voice and people hear me fine and tell me there is little background noise. I bought these for my friends who drive also. Pretty comfortable but I wish there was a pad where it sat above your ear on the side without the speaker.

I'm a commercial driver & this is by far the best Bluetooth headset I've ever had. Volume sound (clarity, loudness, as well as deep bass when listening to music... these Bluetooth headset are the best in the market). When speaking thru the mic my callers can clearly hear me without hardly hearing background noises. Also it's battery life, before needing to be recharged, is ridiculous. I can talk all day & night... I believe it last for up to 24hrs before needing to recharge. Money well spent.

This was a covid-19 purchase... Needed it for working from home, so i could attend meetings with ease. Great thing about this headset is that it connects to two devices at the same time so connected to the phone and computer. Now i can take calls/meetings with both without flipping devices. Use the parrot button to mute, which is EXTREMELY convenient. Only wish is that i could use the parrot button for voice commands and be able to mute... Muting is not an voice command option, but all in all, a great purchase!

I love it! I bought it simply because I was tired of hearing, "I can't hear you for all the background noise". This thing is amazing! I can stand next to my 18-wheeler, with it running, and there's absolutely zero background noise heard by whomever I'm talking to.
