After disconnecting the connection, you need to completely reinstall the application. 2.when navigation is turned on, when the announcer announces a hint to you, the first word is chewed, you don’t hear it.

Which is the only reason i got these ones is to so i could. Hear and the person on the other end of the call could hear me. Sadly it's very average quality... I'm hoping it's connectivity problems from my phone being dropped so many times.

I was looking for a bluetooth with better sound quality. The sound is better than the other earpieces I have however it tends to drop out. I have to switch to speak than switch back to the earpiece to hear again. Also, it's very cumbersome to wear around my ear. Not worth the investment.

Make sure you try all three sizes of the provided EarGels until you find the fit that gives you the best combination of comfort and sound quality. The medium EarGel will fit most people; however, if it feels uncomfortable or loose, try a different EarGel size. The EarGel is designed to sit within the outer ear, not in your ear canal. We also recommend switching the ear you wear the BlueParrott M330-XT SE on, as the headset can be worn on either your left or right ear. The batter power is the best feature as it lasts 14 hours. The issue is how loud the wind is, and how quiet both others are when you're speaking (volume has to be nearly at full power), and how quiet you are to them as well.

The battery life on this one far exceeds the voyager’s. The controls take some getting used to. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. I think I’m sold on it.
