Great hardware, not so great software

The hardware is 5 stars. The software needed to use it, BluOS, proved to be a problem if you want to have a wired connection rather than via wifi. And their customer support, given that issue, was not helpful. So, I primarily stream directly to the device using Tidal ("connect").
