Mike was a skilled audio engineer and salesperson who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. COVID-19 protocols were excellent from start to finish. But changing simple things like balance and fader should be much easier. Luckily I don’t fiddle with them too often. Even the off button is hard to find.
