Also has clunky buttons and most of them are useless to me. Operating instructions try but fail to simplify and leave out what each function does. You’ll figure it out eventually.

Possibly an install error but other than that it works fine!

I called numerous times to the store but was moved to an answering numerous times with a promise of a return phone call from the store. It became a joke everyday on hold and a promise of a call. The phone person could see all the previous messages and emails to the store yet made me another promise. The day I arrived back home I drove the car to the store in Gainesville, Florida and got the manager. I will say he didn’t apologize but he did get someone to install my radio. Amazing since it was the day I had scheduled. The installer did an amazing job too.

A step up from factory

Only complaint is the plastic bar that goes across the top of the cd opening is a little flimsy and could break if not handled carefully.

Other issues too, just wish I had my original radio again.
