Its a nice media receiver. The thing i did not like is it requires the app to use phone over bluetooth and then has a confusing dashboard. Ill stick with kenwood.

My installation of a radio was cancelled with no explanation. I called numerous times to the store but was moved to an answering numerous times with a promise of a return phone call from the store. It became a joke everyday on hold and a promise of a call. The phone person could see all the previous messages and emails to the store yet made me another promise. The day I arrived back home I drove the car to the store in Gainesville, Florida and got the manager. I will say he didn’t apologize but he did get someone to install my radio. Amazing since it was the day I had scheduled. The installer did an amazing job too.

Couldn’t be connected any other way except to my battery and absolutely drained it. had to replace my battery twice cause they just got all used up by this stereo. Possibly an install error but other than that it works fine!

Nice step up from a factory head unit. Has some nice features. Only complaint is the plastic bar that goes across the top of the cd opening is a little flimsy and could break if not handled carefully.

There were a few things i didnt like about this receiver, the app was confusing as was all the eq settings... it was just too much. The display was probably the worst I’ve ever seen... so i returned it and Best Buy was totally cool about it.

Instructions very confusing. Ambiguous wording, illustrations vague.

Nice looking component, fits great in vehicle. Slightly difficult/complex to operate for an older person who is used to only a cd/am-fm player but is willing to learn!

Got this because my stock radio went bad and although this a nice look, I don't get the am stations like I did before, not sure why. Other issues too, just wish I had my original radio again.

This is a very good stereo except for one glaringly bad feature....the Pioneer smart sync is awful and no way to link without it. Boooooo.

Still haven't figured out how to talk to person on phone....you can hear them but they can't hear you?

this is ok radio like it a lot, but the controls and features are hard to follow and very confusing at times

I purchased this unit from Best Buy on October 18, 2022 and had it installed on October 21, 2022 in Athens, GA. The installation was superb. However, the unit itself does not play files from the USB port correctly. The unit skips several songs (plays 1-2 seconds and then moves to the next song, plays 1-2 seconds and then plays the next song). I have contacted Pioneer several times and it seems that the unit is not under warranty for the month or so that I have had it. I have to have it removed and send back to Pioneer. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
