I have had this vacuum for about 6 months. When I first purchased it I had carpet and it seemed like it was too much for the vacuum. I now have tile. It still isn't great. I seems to only go to one room and stay there the whole time. It doesn't figure out how to get to another room even though I have a pretty open floorplan. Also, it is very loud.

Overall, this is a nice add to our options to keep dog hair under control. It took a while to get things going smoothly, especially around areas where cabinets line the wall, as it got hung up the first few times and just shut down. The main improvement suggestion is to reduce the noise level. It is so loud you really can't do anything else that requires being able to hear.

Mine is actually a she! Her name is Matilde … why I don’t know I just like that that name because she is very responsive to me. She cleans amazing. Works wonders! And best of all, I had a small issue with it and the customer service was AMAZING they went far and beyond to help me. The only thing they couldn’t do was go to my house ! Ha ha that’s how great they are. Matilde is amazing cleaning up my floors I would buy them again and again!

While in the market for a vacuum, in a home with an Australian Shepherd and a bearded Fiancé, I saw the bObsweep PetHair Plus and took advantage of the ongoing Sale and Best Buy Rewards I had saved up. Upon arrival I viewed the bObsweep YouTube videos and found that the programing and setup were simple. I put bOb to work immediately. Even with regulars de-shedding and grooming my Aussie sheds a lot, so I run bOb often and he keeps my home clean. bOb's battery life is actually surprisingly good considering the conditions in which we run him: Deep Clean with the UV light and Turbo Lift. With these demanding parameters, he runs for over an hour and I do not see any tumble fur throughout my home. The mop feature is good, but I have not used it as frequent as the vacuum feature, which is magnificent. Recently, I did have an issue with the remote and the battery life, so I called bObweep Customer care and spoke to Gabe. From the beginning until the very end of my needs he was there. The recommendation he gave was to restore bOb to factory settings by plugging him in directly to the wall, which took four hours of charging. I called him back at his direct line and even four hours later he was there and ready to continue assisting me. We restored bOb, set up his cleaning schedule on my remote, and ordered new filters and side brushes. After the receipt of my new parts, Gabe, the customer care specialist, followed up to ensure the parts got to me and to aid with any installation of the parts. Between the Customer Support and their products performance, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I recommend bObsweep all the time to my neighbors and anyone who is looking for a vacuum robot with a great support team.

Great vacuum and excellent price! Only “con” is that it gets stuck under furniture. Can’t leave it on and leave the house.

It works good but wasn’t able to get protection at the same price after I got a new one because other one broke. I didn’t like that.

I love using my bObsweep pet hair plus. Is easy to use and easy to set up. I swept my hardwood floors and got a lot of dust bunnies, but I decided to still run the bObsweep and it picked up even more. I couldn’t believe how much pet hair the broom left behind. I did have an issue with a broken part, but the people at bObsweep was great and shipped me a brand new part within a week. If you have pets and little kids this work very well to pick up pet hair and crumbs.

I have always wanted one of these vacuum. It works perfectly the only down fall is that in the quick setup says its battery operates for 90 minutes and at less the one I received is a lie. The battery is only good for 60 minutes before it shuts down. Overall, I'm happy with it since I did get it on sale and it cleans my home within at 60 minutes and I have 1900 sq ft. I would highly recommend to buy the Geek Squad protection to go along with it.

It gets stuck kind of easily sometimes, so I'm not comfortable letting it run when I'm not around to watch it. Does do a wonderful job of vacuuming my floor though! I mainly have vinyl flooring with some rugs, it goes on and off the rugs just fine. It is definitely a major convenience for my busy life! Easy to set up for basic use.

Picks up good if you are supervising. Gets stuck easily on things and turns off if on auto mode. Will work better if you just use the control.

I have never had a vacuum this loud, litterally as loud as our steam cleaner. It gets stuck on threshold, area rug and under cabinets. It dies before it gets back to docking station. Fur comes out the dust bin vents, I empty after each use. The bin holds very little as there is a round object the fur wraps around. The wall sensors get dusty so it bangs into everything and gets stuck under bathroom cabinets. I use this everyday, so it is not like I have a filthy home. Luckily it can be programmed to sweep at a set time when no one is home. This is the only good feature, only because it is so loud. This is not my first robotic vacuum. Loved my Shark, but it had issues after two years. Bob had issues on first use.

It takes a long time to learn the place I need it to vacuum I’ve had it for a few months it’s ok I just have to pick it up and move it or use the remote to move it witch I have many times seems to not learn anything though and I think the battery is already wearing out so it’s ok just thought it would work better

It doesn't have the bells and whistles of some of the competition, but still work great. Could be little less noisy, but it's tolerable.

My husband and I just tried to use this robotic sweeping machine to clean and remove our pet hairs in the living room where mostly our 7 years old small sized chiwawa stayed and walked making lots of teeny tiny hairs every single day. It worked very good job to clean and remove our pet hairs. However, one thing which we disliked this robotic sweeping machine is the sensor box had to set to move around manually in our house where not allowing to access to clean as necessary. Otherwise, thank you bObsweep!!!

This lil guy has been awesome for our household! We have 2 large dogs and you can literally see hair falling off of them when they walk by. Needless to say, the dust bunnies are rolling around in no time! I purchased Bobsweep during a “deal of the day” sale and I’m glad I did. I really like the freedom to do other chores around the house while Bob is vacuuming. I agree with other reviews stating that he just wanders around so I decided to leave him alone and when I emptied the dustbin, I was impressed with the amount of pet hair and dirt that was picked up! I did notice some missed areas on the hard floors but it was much better than before! I had to reach out to customer service for some assistance and I was very impressed! They are quick to respond and fully engaged to make sure you’re satisfied. Because of this, I will definitely consider a new and improved Bobsweep when the time comes! Bottom line, there are probably more thorough cleaners out there but with the amount of pet hair Bobsweep picks up for me and knowing that their customer service is top notch if I need anything...I’m a happy consumer!

Does an okay job, but works well when busy and looking to clean sweep before I vacuum or sweep my floors. Bob does have a bit of separation anxiety from his charging station so you have to monitor him like a Day Care teacher till he gets moving further away from the station. By the end of his job, he is so focused on wandering the room that he runs out of battery before returning to his charging station. I have other robot vacuums at much higher costs have the same issues, so all in all it is not a bad product. I prefer to run him on deep clean, he does a good job of catching pet hair and sand in that setting.

It picks up really well, I feel it gets confused often and keeps going over the same spot a lot. Bought it on sale for a great deal.

got it on one of the BB deals.... like it... not bad.. it does its job .. a llittle louder than i thot it would be ....

So far i have only been able to see it in action for vacuuming as i still have to read more on the mop to get that function to work. It is louder than i anticipated. I did order this in cobalt however it did arrive to me in charcoal but im not minding the color.

B0b is okay I find myself laughing at it more than I’m saying “This is really doing a great job”. He gets stuck a lot on rugs and on slight inclines. I also find him in the same room for most of his cleaning cycles, but when he’s cleaning he does a great job.
