Very loud and get stuck all the time on a tile floor, doesnt cover all the floors no memory were its been and get lost finding the charger

Cleans great, however it is a bit noisy. Other than the noise it’s a good product.

I've had Bob about 2 months now and i do not recommend this product. Bob has a programmable remote, but he only works when he feels like it, i have him programmed to run every afternoon Monday- Friday and he has yet to work everyday. You need to be home when he is running because he will get stuck and need redirected. Bob has no pattern, and I swear everytime he sees a pile of cat fur on the ground he turns away from it. Also he cannot get over even the slightest carpet hump. Bob never finds his way back to his charging port and he cannot even sweep my entire living room on one charge (about 45 minutes). Bob is also loud like a regular vaccuum, so he cannot run in the middle of the night for he would wake you up. Overall I do not recommend this product.

Fast shipping, easy assembling, good mapping of area to be cleaned & great job cleaning. Only negative is sweeper is kinda loud.

Nice robo vac for the money. Battery only last for about 30 minute, enough for about 3 normal size rooms. Unit does have difficulties traversing from floor to rug. Still a good purchase though.

This robot vacumm is really cool. Works well. However, it works best if you don't have a lot of obstacles in the way. Other than that it does the job well.

Does a pretty decent job at cleaning but takes a lot of time to complete one cycle. Keeps repeating the same areas and hits all the appliances without sensing properly.

Good for picking up dog hair. We have three dogs at home so you can imagine the amount of hair this thing is awesome. Recommend it for anyone who has pets at home.

This guy packs anpunch. Helps keep the house cleaned of dust and pet hair. A little loud but hey it's a vacuum. Love the extra component that it comes with if you need to block off an area

bObsweep - PetHair Plus Robot Vacuum - Charcoal We have to remove thick mat in kitchen in order for vacuum to clean kitchen & 1 rug that has loose pieces on the end. Easy thing to do when the vacuum cleans the floors for you. Packaged great & has an extra brush which is fantastic & comes with a mop attachment for under the vacuum. Charged quickly & takes some time to learn where the base is after you link them together. But a great vacuum especially when it is on sale for under $300.00.

IT DRIVES LIKE A TODDLER ON A SUGAR HIGH. YES IT WORKS... BUT IT IS ERRATIC AND HAS THE ODDEST SWEEP PATTERN IN HISTORY. IT IS HOLDING UP QUITE WELL AND DOES PICK UP A LOT OF HAIR FROM MY HEAVY SHEDDING DOG. PLUS ITS A LITTLE FUN TO DRIVE MANUALLY. PLUS I WAS ABLE TO PICK HIM UP $700 OFF.

Really wanted to like this vacuum. Looks nice, and comes with a lot of extras. Setup was a bit tedious, and there is no app to help control things. Comes with a remote and a "virtual wall" unit, but does not come with any batteries for those. At it's normal price point, that should be included. First of all, it seems to have strong suction, and the stuff it picks up, it picks up well. However, it has a REALLY hard time transitioning between carpet/hardwood/tile. If it has any trouble, it just shuts down and stays where it stopped. It also has a really hard time finding it's charging base. Often, I've sat it a couple of feet directly in front of the base, and it will turn and go the other direction. Second, I realize that a robot is going to vacuum differently than a person. But... this thing will spend 30 minutes in one corner of the room, and then make about 2 swipes down another area, before starting to just wander around and get lost. The virtual wall did not work well, either. Tried it in several different locations, but even when properly synced, the robot would just ignore it. Save your money, save the hassle. Skip this one.

Works as described. Couple times it got stuck in places we didn't think it'd even fit in. But does the job & wife complains less. That in itself is worth paying 10% over retail!

Love this, extremely easy to set up, although we have not taken advantage of the mop feature I can say with certainty that if its anything like the vacuum it will be a bonus. a little on the loud side but then again so is our Dyson! I love all the features, our cat likes to follow it around when we use the manual feature. love that it finds its way back to the charging station and it has no problems crawling of the door jams. would definitely recommend to family and friends, in fact already have!

Strong suction - picks up an amazing amount of dog hair from my 3 dogs - only issue is it tends to get hung up on floor registers, rugs etc. Have to watch it. Would buy again.

Very impressed with this vacuum! Does the job I expected and more! This little guy picks up everything! Could be a little more quiet.

When I say this was an amazing buy for the price man. This thing cleans better than my $800 shark vacuum great for pet hair

We bought this to replace a Bob Classic that just wasn't doing what we needed. While the suction was outstanding for cleaning up pet hair, this unit is much taller in comparison to other bot vacs, and it would get stuck under everything. And I mean everything. We ended up returning it for the Bob PetHair Vision Wi-Fi model, and think it's going to work much better for us.

I purchased this in March and it has helped me clean our house tremendously. I love our Bob, he sometimes gets stuck transitioning from room to room but that’s because of the higher pieces of the floor connecting the rooms, no fault of Bobs. He also tends to get stuck on some of the rugs in the kitchen. Customer Service is awesome and helps with any issues you may have.

Good battery life, pick up dust and hair, runs on hardwood, low and medium pile carpet with ease. It is taller than roomba so it might not able to go underneath sofa or table with low opening. Sensor is not very good as it bumps to almost all furniture, and I returned it for this reason because it after a while it might leave scratches on my furniture.
