I let this run daily, but often come home to find it either stuck under the refrigerator door or just dead in the middle of the carpet because it wasn't able to find its dock. I then have to pick it up, move it and hit re-start, or just place it back on the charger, which is pretty annoying. However, this does a good job picking up dog hair and some dust. It's a nice vacuum to help keep up with keeping my floors (hardwood, carpet and tile) relatively clean. It seems to cover all areas without any issues (other than getting stuck under ledges). It is not as powerful or effective as my upright Dyson, however. I would recommend getting this on sale.

The quality of my machine is poor. Less than a month it looks that I have had it for a year or more. A complaint to the company about the finish on the cover, with a promise to replace it, has not happened. Memory, falls short. It does pick up pet hair as advertised. Purshased solely for the sale price from Best Buy on line. Very dissapointed in the quality and performance. Sorry the company falls short on customer relations.

It is a good product for pet hair and does the job well. I recommend it to customers with pets—a good choice for any vacuuming use.

I really did not know what to expect when I bought this but I wanted to give it a shot. It was deal of the day for 200 bucks so I went for it. It does work pretty well. I have a AC vent on the floor and it does not like that. I move something on too of it and that seems to work. Few other times it got stuck in random places but i understand that can happen. I saw some reviews saying it’s loud. I don’t really think so considering it’s a vacuum and normally all are loud

I like the robot cleaning feature except it gets stuck a lot and can’t go up slight incline to area rug. I get more hair and dirt pick up from upright vacumns

The BoBSweep vacuums the heck out of my floors. It is such a thorough vacuum. It does so many rounds in the same vacuum session that I feel like it gets all the fur. I even take it upstairs to get the rest. Vacuums better than I do. If you have pets and don’t like fur, you need this vacuum!!!!

The bObsweep is a very interesting contender to the Roomba, however this model is not wifi, so you have to actually search for it when/if it gets stuck. It cleans pretty good, but not in any specific order (but neither does my Roomba). The remote, non-wifi-, makes it interesting in reference to controlling the cleaner, you can really control the direction/area it cleans. The Roomba is a better unit, however for the sale price I paid, bObsweep definitely gives it a run for its money. I would recommend.

Bob is easy to set up and cleans very well, but the manual said that he could go for an hour before needing to be recharged, but my experience so far has been that he needs to recharge after every room...and my house isn't that big. I have to say that my son loves "chasing" the dog around using the remote control making it the first time in 25 years he has run a vacuum cleaner...

It was a very nice purchase for my family. We have 2 small kids and 2 messy dogs. The bobsweep easily picks up dirt and pet hair and sanitizes our hardwood floors. I have to set some bumpers in a few places such as the dishwasher in kitchen and buffet in dinning room so it doesn't get stuck. It's no buggy though. It works well on carpet also but only bought it for the main part of the house. Highly recommend!!

The BObsweep cleans very well! He runs every morning and it helps keep the floor clean especially since I have a crawling 8 month old. He does get stuck in a couple places in my home which i wish did not happen, but overall it is great especially for the price!!

The BobSweep is pretty cool. It does clean and get up next to the edges. It does have a few flaws, the most annoying flaw is that it gets stuck on the rugs and anything that is in the floor that isn't dirt. The only other complaint that I have is that the battery takes 3-4 hours to charge for a 40min run time. in 40 mins it really doesn't do an entire room because it goes in random patterns. But for in between real cleanings this thing is perfect for those touch ups.

Works well. Leaves floor clean. Has trouble transitioning from hardwood to carpet surfaces. Easy to program. Noisy. I programmed to run when not at home.

Little noisy, but works great! Takes little bit to sync but cleans great! Love the remote control. I just had to learn to communicate with BOB.

The company sent me the next model up for the same price as this one because i was a first time Bobsweep purchaser! I have the pethair plus model now! it does a great job other than getting hung up in one part of the house for no reason, but other than that I have no complaints. Also, it’s a little louder than I thought it would be. No way you could talk on the phone, watch tv, or do anything like that while this thing is running, but it’s not quite as loud as a normal vacuum cleaner!

So far I'm impressed! I received today. It was fully charged upon arrival. I only had to attach one brush. It ran easily for over an hour. I have a Roomba which gets stuck frequently while cleaning and doesn't return to its charging base. Bob did not get stuck one time, picked up an equal amount of pet hair and debris and found the charging base with no issues. Comparing prices I'm just as happy with Bob!

Bob is not a replacement Vacuum but does a wonderful job of keeping up with the dust and pet hair. We run Bob three times a week during the week on our main level of the house which is all hardwood floor with rugs. We do recommend picking up small rugs as Bob can get stuck on them. We did read about Bob not being able to find his way back to his base charging/docking unit. This did happen to us once but when I read the full instructions and moved the unit to have the appropriate space needed, there has been no problems with Bob finding the charging/docking unit. Bob is a little noisy but it is a vacuum.

Its functions are very good,but you can not do any complex task with the app. It vaccuums and mops, thats it. You can not assign it to soecific areas and it has a hard time finding its charging base..

As far as the actual ability of this item to get the floor clean, and pick up massive amounts of pet hair, it's at least four stars. It does a very good job, my reference vacuums are a Dyson V7 and a full-sized Dyson Animal vacuum. No, this vacuum is not as good as those, but it certainly accomplishes the task. The problem with this vacuum is that it cannot navigate over moderate-sized rugs. The vacuum often becomes stuck transitioning to a rug, even a fairly thin one.Most of the time it will not try to reverse itself, it will just stop. It cannot handle moderately long fringes as many Persian type rugs have. the other issue I have is that it could not easily navigate to its home base, I would have to control it via the easy to use remote control to get it back to its base. it's important to know that this vacuum does go in a random pattern, it will cover pretty much all of any given room, assuming it doesn't get stuck on anything, but it won't go in an orderly pattern. I really wanted to like this vacuum, and in terms of actual vacuuming ability, it was pretty good, but the whole premise of a robot vacuum is it will do the work by itself without you having to rescue it or guide it with the remote control, and in my particular instance it did not accomplish that task. It may work fine for other people, but it did not work well in either of my houses. If you have rooms with fairly simple furnishings, and all hardwood floors or full carpeting, then I think it would be suitable for you. I would still recommend that somebody try this, because I might work well in their particular instance, but for me it did not.

Actual vacuuming works pretty well and the price was great! Seems to get stuck in circles and will just circle around until it runs out of battery. apparently you are supposed to use these “blind spot” things to help. Hard to figure out how they work. Still haven’t gotten to try mop feature just yet.

I've had this a few months now and it's really keeping up with the pet hair. I don't bother with the auto send because I need to move a few things before it gets going anyways and it does get stuck on the transition from foyer to carpet, but it does a GREAT job on our short carpet and under/around/next to the furniture. I'm thrilled.
