Gets the job done for a singla family two bedroom home. Has various settings to fit your cleaning needs, though it is a bit noisier than other brands, it still gets the job done well! It does not map out the home, but, you can still control it with the remote to make sure it gets every nook and cranny

This machine is great for dust and dog hair!!! It does get stuck once and a while but that's ok with me if i'm not the one vacuuming.

I bought this on sale because my wife and I wanted a vacuum robot so it can sweep while we were at work. So far it is good, it is not too prune to get stuck, of course we clean any cables before letting it sweep. The battery last like an hour and sometimes it get stuck in one place. I have seen after coming from work that it only vacuum on one part of the room and there were some particles on the otherwise of the room.

Have been using BobSweep for a few weeks now. Sometimes loses it's way, repeats areas already done, has no specific pattern for sweeping. I have not tried the mop portion yet. BobSweep does get the pet hairs. Because it is an electronic device, grandsons love to program it to do floors. Saves their mom from sweeping and mopping. Overall - family loves it!! And the price was not prohibitive!

Bob does a good job cleaning up the cat fur. We have a long haired tortie and a short haired tabby, and right now they are shedding their winter coats. Bob scoots around searching for fur and vacuuming it up. He does take home a while to get around the room.

I put off buying a robot vacuum for years now I wish I hadn’t. I love “Bob”! Price was great,$220. He does a great job. Only challenge he has is finding his way back home. Sometimes I just pick him up and put him back. He does sometimes get stuck under the furniture. Our furniture is a bit high off the ground. Would definitely recommend! Has reduced daily stress of vacuuming dog and cat hair.

It is a little tricky to get it to go on the exact path we wanted it to take but once we got the bugs worked out, it did a good job. I like the fact that it will clean our living room, kitchen, hall way, and dining room on one charge and does a good job. Saves a lot of time for a busy family.

Had for two years this works great. Easy to clean and change parts.

I have health issues @ 75. This robot has saved me a hugh amount of time. Gets stuck with various furniture pieces so supervise when using.

This vacuum works great! Just walk away and let it go. Works great for the dust bunnies along the wall with wood floors. Takes care of pet hair as well.

When I first got the bobsweep I was going to keep it for myself since I have a toddler BUT my mother in law had been complaining about constantly vacuuming a few weeks prior. So I surprised her with this and she fell in love instantly! The first time we ran it she just vacuumed and we couldnt believe the amount it picked up. It goes from her carpet to hardwood with no problems and doesnt get stuck on the corner of her rugs like many other robot vacuums do. She has multiple long haired cats and it picks up their hair amazing! She has loved letting this run multiple times a day to pick up and when the grandkids are there she is spending more time with them instead of always vacuuming up their messes! Thank you BobSweep

Bob helps me keep all my dogs fur under control. Love my dog but his shedding is out of control. Bob goes from my wood floor to my carpeted room and I like having the remote control if I need him to go over a specific area. I still need to get corners and around the legs of my furniture. But it takes a lot less time to clean my floors.

since this is my 1st robot vacuum I really don't know what I'm talking about BUT I am pleasantly surprised how well it did and how much dirt n dog hair was in the bin we have 2 Rottweilers that shed year around (think it's do to our location), now I didn't turn Bob loose on piled up dog hair, just what build up in a day or 2 - BOB did a fantastic job getting up dog hair, dirt, crumbs n some kibbles...he didn't get stuck or confused, as for missing some spots yes he did, but we have a lot of corners n furniture, dog dishes in his way bottom line BOB does what I hoped he would, help clean Kitchen, TV room n laundry where my shedding babies hang out As for mopping idk if I even use that n NO I haven't read the instructions yet lol

A little noisy but not too overwhelming still trying it out we just received as a Christmas gift so far it's doing pretty good.

This little "guy" is great. Just turn Bob on and wait for clean rugs and shiny wood floors. Seriously! I have run Bob for over an hour and the charge doesn't lose power. When Bob gets tired, he'll find his way back to the base to recharge. We have a little dog and two family members with long hair and he gets it all. The roller brush is better than any vacuum that I've bought over the years including Dyson, Electrolux, Hoover, and Oreck. I can pull the long hair out without any issues. The collection box gathers a lot of dirt/dust and packs it in well. No loss of suction when the cup is full. I've been running Bob for three weeks and have only done three empties. I have arthritis and difficulty manipulating anything small with my fingers. The bin cup is easy--super easy with a single button to press and a simple pull out to empty the bin and rinse the filter. A couple of more pluses... Bob is pretty quiet. The dog doesn't bark at Bob the way he barks and goes nuts with the "regular" vacuum. You can hear him running, but the sound is not intrusive. He'll bump around a bit, but the bumper guard is retractable and I haven't had any damage to furniture legs or walls. I have neck/back issues and the push and pull of a regular vacuum is torture on my spine. With Bob, he does the work and I just scoot things out of the way. This is a great item for someone like myself with limited mobility! I haven't taken the time to figure out how to program Bob and there's no need.He just figures out a path and tracks back and forth until the dirt is gone. I put him on AUTO with the UV light to disinfect and off he goes! The negatives? Not too many... I have few spots where the carpet is high with a pad underneath and he can get caught-up. The simple solution was to trim the padding a bit shorter than the carpet and it eased the bump without affecting the look of the rug. Depending on the distance between chair legs, he may/may not fit under the chair. He'll try his best! If you have low furniture like a shelf, you may need to dust separately. He's about 4 inches tall and will go under couches and any furniture where he can fit. He'll try his best in tight corners, but you may need to help with a dust/wipe afterward. Bob can "climb" the 3/4 inch tile threshold between floor changes from our wood floor to bathroom tile. The spinning edger brush looks flimsy, but it's not and spins well to clean along the edge at walls and moldings. There are many more pluses than negatives. It comes with a wet mop attachment, but I have only run it dry like a regular vacuum. This is truly a great item!

Using the Roomba before then we decide to switch to bObsweep and feel like another human-being in the house, no more pet hair around. Very smart remote control, my wife giving me 2 thumbs up. My Mom has asthma, now we feel better. This robot is a truly game changer in the wireless vacuum cleaners market.

a good help at home, it works fine and saves us work.I have two small dogs and collected than I ever could with another vacuum cleaner. I bought it thinking of using it sporadically and now use it daily.

Bob is the best. I put Bob in a bedroom close the door for 5-10 minutes. Floor is done extremely well. I'm always quite surprised when I discard the dustbin. Onto the next room Bob !

My bobsweep did amazing cleaning! I liked my first one so much that I purchased this second one. Unfortunately, bob moves so quickly that when he was backing up, hit the corner of my husband’s dresser and the corner hit the button to removed the trash container. When this happened it broke the latch to hold it in place. I took it into the store to have another trash bin replaced and was told they didn’t service them any more so I had to return it. The only complaint was that it rarely ever found it’s way to the charger. I usually just navigated it back with the remote control. The trash bin was a great size! Better than this way more expensive one I have now. I’m emptying the Ben way more often now! Miss my Red bob!

This thing is loud, moshes around in a circle, and gets stuck a lot. I loved the look and was hopeful of the domestic relief I would receive in return for my purchase, but...alas! alack! I'm having to rescue it from the most minor of mishaps, like a thin piece of thread from the area rug tripping the sensor and making it shut off. It is so loud, that watching tv while it is running is futile. But with all that being said...I still use it several times a week!
