Bob has a good suction and cleans wood floor and tile well, but stucks under the furniture and in the narrow spaces can’t find his way out. It cannot handle the rug with fringes, I had to rescue Bob every time it gets over the fringes.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Picks up dirt, dog hair, even in corners and along wall. Uses it everyday and is very pleased.

Bob was very easy to set up and within an hour he was helping me clean. The information booklet is very helpful. A little intimadating at first because it's so thick but really easy to read with lots of great pictures. I haven't tackled the programming part yet but doesn't seem too hard for myself even though I'm not very tech savvy. Bob cleans carpets and hardwood floors very well. We are very impressed with him and glad to have him as part of our family!!

The Bobsweep is absolutely amazing. I purchased the charcoal color of the PetHair Plus model for myself, and loved it so much I came back and got the gold PetHair model for my parents. I've got a busy household with 3 kids and A LOT of pets, and Bobsweep helps keep the floor looking really great, so instead of having to vacuum every day, we're able to just do a deep clean once every other week or so. My only complaint is that if you have anyone in your family with longer hair that tends to shed a lot (mine is a bit past shoulder length), it can get caught up in the rotating brush and cause Bobsweep to stop until you clean it out. This has to be done about once to twice a week. Overall, I think the Bobsweep brand of Robovacs are absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be buying another if/when this one goes out.

Bob was a wonderful addition to our household with two dogs. He does just enough to do a quick clean. However, he is kind of dumb. He seems to focus on one, 2x2 area and doesnt really do a good job of covering larger areas. If I click "charge" and he's right in front of his charger, he'll start turning other directions (yes, I've synced multiple times). Overall, for the sale price of 200, I'd say hes worth it. Full retail? Absolutely not.

Let Bob do the work for you. Dog hair is picked up easily. Goes forward and backwards with a touch of a button. Doesn’t go under all furniture easily

So we were super excited to get our first Robot Vacuum. We have a dog that sheds so we were hoping to use this to avoid the build-up of dog hair in our home. It comes in a really well thought out box, and is easy to assemble. Charged it and was using it in a few hours (you must charge it first). I started out by using in in my finished basement, which is relatively flat with a very low pile carpet and a few low pile are area rugs. I found that it would frequently get stuck. For example, it kept getting stuck under my couch. It also had difficulty with the edges of the area rugs, it detected the black binding on them and would not go on or over them. If I manually placed it on an area rug it would not go off the rug. I had to turn off that sensor for it to work. I probably sat and watched this thing for over an hour. Besides watching it get stuck repeatedly (and this having to pick it up and move it) I noticed it would go over the same spots over and over and over. I watch with frustration as it went around this one spot on my floor that had a small piece of debris about 30 times. I finally used the included remote and steered it over the debris, but I should not have to do that. Maybe I expected too much? Maybe someone using this on a flat floor with no area rugs would have better luck. But mine went back on the box and back to the store, Sorry Bob!

We wanted to try one of these to see if was a good fit. For the price this unit was a good start. The vacuum does a good job on dog hair but the pattern is too random to control. It does not find home base very well. Sort of fun to watch and fairly quiet so it does not bother us there. I am not sure we will progress to the more expensive units since this is a fairly short term review.

It does a good job of picking up my dogs hair, but doesn’t work as good as my upright vacuum. I often come home to find it stuck under the edge of a cabinet or refrigerator, which is wildly annoying. Glad I bought it on sale.

A great deal. A real work horse. It helps keep the house clen.

I really love this bobsweep robot vacuum. On the first day that I set it up to clean my house I really noticed that my floor was cleaner. When I open the dust tray to empty it, man was it packed with dust bunnies and small particles that may have been laying around my house. It really cleans the edges and corners of my house well. Sometimes it does go over things and may get stuck, but it let you know. It was a bit hard to program it so that it has a schedule daily, the instructions are not so clear.

Does a great job. Brought for my mother and she always quick to let me know how clean it leaves here floors

Bob works okay. He sometimes just goes in circles and I would like him to go in sections but does the job. He picks up dirt and trash and for the most part gets the job done. I love that it has a remote control.

Bob is a great little worker. We have a cat and Bob does great work picking up the hair... especially in difficult places like under the bed. Would recommend to others and the sale price I received was really great!

This BOB product performance is well above what the wife and I expected. We would definitely recommend this product to others. Great product.

Easy and manageable to use. Bought this so I could clean under neat my bed and truly it does a good job . Just make sure the wires are neatly tucked so that it is not in the way of the of bobsweep vacuum,

This is a great vacuum. The only problem we have is it doesn’t do well going from floor to carpet. It gets stuck a lot. It does a great job getting all the dog hair though!

the was a great product bObsweep - Bob PetHair Robot Vacuum and Mop - Champagne , makes it easy to do the house clean and keep on time, the was a great choice and we have 50% tile floors --bathrooms, hallways, and front entrance and kitchen/dining area. The other 50% is a short shag carpet --living room, hallways, and bedrooms. We built our home about 5 years ago and I really thought my name brand sweeper did a great job.

Works great. It is slow and takes awhile to clean large areas but better than sweeping. It does get pet hair up. I have not used the mopping feature yet
