    I love how easy it was to setup and create a schedule! The only complaint I have is that he has a hard time finding the charging base if he goes to another room. Almost everyday when I get home from work I find him somewhere with a dead battery. But my floors are vacuumed so I don't complain! He also occasionally gets stuck under the edge of my couches, but not often.

    It kept going around in weird patterns. In the end when it ran out of battery, it hadn't covered the entire room, thought it kept cleaning same spots over and over again. The other major drawback was that the main brush wasn't always operational, it rotated only once in while during the cleaning cycle.

    This is a great product to help cut down on pet hair in our home. The biggest issue BOB has is finding his way back to his charging station. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for a cheaper priced robotic vacuum to help with everyday sweeping/mopping.

    I bought this on sale because my wife and I wanted a vacuum robot so it can sweep while we were at work. So far it is good, it is not too prune to get stuck, of course we clean any cables before letting it sweep. The battery last like an hour and sometimes it get stuck in one place. I have seen after coming from work that it only vacuum on one part of the room and there were some particles on the otherwise of the room.

    Bob started off well. He comes with all sorts of gadgets for keeping the rollers clean but no matter what the cleaning power is just not there. It loses battery pretty fast and gets hung up on any change in floor surface. It doesnt seem to be able to negotiate going from wood to rug.

    Love this product so far. Giving 4 stars only because it's having a hard time finding the charging base at times. But would recommend it! Love having my carpets vacuumed 4 days a week without lifting a finger (emptying and cleaning off the unit excepted).

    Bob was getting ready to be returned because he wasn't able to clean my rugs or carpet. We have a lot of hard floors too but he kept shutting off when he got to the rugs or carpets. I removed the brush and now he does just fine. He does have trouble finding his charging station, but we have a rather large house to move about so I don't know if that's the problem or not. I still do run my regular vacuum but Bob does help when I'm trying to do a million different things.

    I have been very happy with my bbObsweep pet vacuum. It has a large dust pin and does a good job of picking up the pet hair. The only thing that I would comment on is that it takes it a long time to find it's charging station sometimes which maybe I don't have it set up in the correct space, but he does eventually find it. He runs for a long time on a single charge. I like the little extra side brush to help pick up dirt and pet hair.

    I love my bObsweep vacuum. As a pet owner its challenging to keep a pet hair free environment but with Bob I just charge him up and let him do his job. The floors look clean after he sweeps/vacuums and I don't see a lot of dust particles floating around in the air anymore even when the furnace is running. He does get stuck on the threshold sometimes when going into different rooms so I only run him when I'm there to give him a little push when needed. Other than that bOb works very well and I'm pleased with my purchase.

    Great product with exceptional customer service

    I purchase a Bobsweet Pet hair in May of 2017 and noticed that the battery was getting really weak this January and it had developed a squeak. I contacted the customer support team and was blown away by the service they provided to me. I was able to send "Bob" back and they replaced his battery and a few other things and them returned him to me. They stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure that I was please with the repairs made. The vacuum runs for over an hour once it's fully charged and is a life saver with for from 2 dogs! I highly recommend a Bobsweep vacuum!!

    The BobSweep is pretty cool. It does clean and get up next to the edges. It does have a few flaws, the most annoying flaw is that it gets stuck on the rugs and anything that is in the floor that isn't dirt. The only other complaint that I have is that the battery takes 3-4 hours to charge for a 40min run time. in 40 mins it really doesn't do an entire room because it goes in random patterns. But for in between real cleanings this thing is perfect for those touch ups.

    Bob is not a replacement Vacuum but does a wonderful job of keeping up with the dust and pet hair. We run Bob three times a week during the week on our main level of the house which is all hardwood floor with rugs. We do recommend picking up small rugs as Bob can get stuck on them. We did read about Bob not being able to find his way back to his base charging/docking unit. This did happen to us once but when I read the full instructions and moved the unit to have the appropriate space needed, there has been no problems with Bob finding the charging/docking unit. Bob is a little noisy but it is a vacuum.

    This it's a good machine and it does pic up most, but it does get stuck in the same area and some times doesn't know where its going. It doesn't do well on thick carpet but does well on carpet. It also does well on wood floors. It covers a lot of space before it dies but it does lose its charge in about a hour and takes time to charge back up. It also repeats itself where it has vacuumed already, but I haven't programmed it yet and I think if I program it most of this will correct itself. This is a good vaccum if you want time to do other things while it's cleaning. I also recommend this if you have dogs.

    I've had the bobsweep pet hair robot vacuum for two weeks now and I still have trouble getting it to go where it needs to thoroughly clean my rooms. It makes random circles and goes over the same area several times, but then misses another area completely. I've tried changing the pattern, but it always reverts back to auto mode. Also, it will get stuck under certain furniture and my kitchen cabinets where I've to yank it out or it will just run out of battery spinning in one spot. The remote is useless...can't get it to work. I am very disappointed as I've to babysit the thing to make sure it doesn't get stuck somewhere, which defeats the whole purpose of it...might as well get my Dyson out and do the floors myself. Thinking of returning it before it's too late.

    It worked great the first time and then it stopped. The second time I tried to use it, the charge didn't hold. I thought maybe I didn't connect it right so I checked it, reconnected bob and let it charge over night. The third attempt to use it, the screen showed fully charged but it would only go a few feet and go back to the charging station. The screen at this point showed low charge. It only worked for about a minute! I was disappointed that it didn't work as great as I thought it would. I returned it.

    Bob is a great help around the house. I've 2 basset hounds that are shedding machines & this gets up almost every bit of it. My home is mostly hardwood so it easily gets that. The only downside to this model is that it doesn't get all of my home in one cleaning. We have a small home, only 1300 sq ft & it can only get the main portion of the house. It seems to use more battery on my carpeted bedrooms or if I leave my area rug it seems to focus on that & use up major battery before finishing. So what we have learned to do is clean our bedrooms first, recharge then let the scheduled cleaning get the major portions of the house. I've contacted bobsweep & they don't seem to think the battery is a problem & I followed their recommendations for resetting it to see if I get more battery life. This is my first robot vacuum, so overall I'm really happy. Maybe pricier models have better battery life???

    I purchased this unit at a great price and was excited to get it up an running. Charge up and ready to go the vacuum ran for a whopping 15 seconds before stopping. I REALLY wanted this to work for me (dog hair is everywhere) so I contacted customer support. They offered to provide me a shipping label to return the defective unit and send me a new one. Great! Got the 2nd unit, charged it up and I got 45 seconds to a minute of run time. Even while it was running I watched it pass over dog hair and other debris and leave it behind. More hair was stuck to the machine via static electricity that was in the collection bin. :-( I contacted customer support again (they're wonderful by the way) and again I have shipped back the unit for another. This will be my last try. If the next won doesn't work well enough then the "deal" won't be worth it.

    Pros: + Picks up tons of pet hair. + Handles changes between carpet and hard floor easily. + Large retainer bin. + Huge on-device LCD display. + UV light for sanitizing. Cons: - Slow charging speed. - Doesn't seem to map the floor. - Doesn't detect black furniture objects well. - Corner spin brush doesn't work well on carpet (have to take it off actually). - Has a hard time reaching the charging base sometimes. I've had my bOb for 4 months now. I bought my bObsweep after looking through all the good reviews. I've never had a robot vacuum simply because I've a small apartment to clean with lots of obstructions. After seeing good reviews on bOb, I went for it and bought one to try out. I was initially skeptical because bOb would keep running into the walls in my apartment, but after not paying attention to him, it seems like he went on his merry way and actually got to places I didn't think he would reach. He definitely picked up tons of pet hair and dirt off the floor. It was even more than my regular Dyson was picking up. Not sure how that's possible, but I'm not complaining! I did have to send my bOb in for service because one of his wheels stopped working, but the process was extremely easy and straightforward. It took a lot less time for service than I thought and bOb came back in an even better condition than when I bought him. I even have my own personal contact for servicing needs in the future. Pretty neat if you ask me. My only complaints about bOb is that he doesn't seem to map my floor area, so he runs into the same spots over and over. In addition, most of my black furniture doesn't pick up on his eyes, so he runs straight into them. Not a big deal, but I know it slows him down to have to turn around. Maybe a future revision can fix this? Overall, I'm really happy with my bOb and the service that I receive from their support team. I'll definitely be keeping him for the long run.
