We love Bob! He does the job very well, and although we haven't tried the mop function yet, this vacuum seems to be as advertised. We are very happy with our purchase.

We love Bob. He kicks butt on our vinyl plank flooring. We have had no issues. But we make sure everything is off the floor before he starts up. I highly recommend.

Was not happy with the bobosweep. It had trouble moving from hardwood floors to carpet.

Bob is amazing, I am a working mom. I can really ise help for my chors and Bob was a good choice that I made I am happy that I bought it . I got a good deal too.

This thing loves to get stuck and is not smart in any way. There is no logic that I can understand in most of its movements. We have since bought a Roomba and the difference is night and day.

Is good on floor tile or laminate but stuck on my coffee table carpet.

Every day BOB is stuck somewhere when we get home. Then the battery is dead and can’t finish cleaning cycle

Its good for that small dirt you can't really pickup with a broom

I purchased this as a gift for my mother-in-law. She has had back & neck surgery. Very helpful for someone who has trouble pushing a vacuum.

Cleans good but dust bin and filter are hard no clean. No phone app available

Disappointed,as it does too much roaming and doesn't clean all of the room.

Kept getting stuck and would not adequately figure out a room. Also requires quite a bit of open space for the base station. Needs 10 feet in front and 3 feet on each side of base station so that Bob can find it's station. May be a better product if it would include room mapping technology.

Great cleaning, picks up a lot of dog hair, got a really good deal of the day and used best buy dollars....would purchase again

This is an amazing vacuum cleaner. It is highly efficient and definitely saves me time. I would highly recommend it.

Don't waste your time or money. Wanders aimlessly until it does. Couldn't get over the small lip of my area rug, and the wheels spun until the battery died, leaving small burn marks on the rub.

I bought BoB right after I had my baby to help keep the house clean. However it wasn't a big help. The vacuum cleaner gets stuck under my couch, on the edge of our carpet, between chairs and it damaged the edges of our tile flooring. I am trying to return BoB. The Company seems to be cooperative, but I am waiting on a return label, I have not received so far.
